M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid & dado and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding with CM 1:6, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rate of kota stone shall be deemed to incl for full rounded off corner/ edges incl holes for pipe all cutting to make it square or rectangular. (ii) The rate shall also be deemed to incl for cutting and polishing machine and kota polishing to achieve the desired granite finish all as spfd.

M&L for roughening surface of old concrete by picking,sweeping clean and washing down eith water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm. complete all as specified and directed.
