The Tenderers are requested to read the following before quoting.

1. Basic Rate quoted shall be exclusive of GST.

2. As per section 2(11a) of GST Act, this work falls under "Works Contract". Accordingly this will be considered as "Services" and applicable GST is 18%. Tenderers shall note and quote accordingly.

3. Any change in GST +/- during the currency of contract shall be on HAL account. The Tenderer shall abide by prevailing GST act.

5. Bidder shall not pay wages less than the CLC minimum wages and also future increase of VDA applicable from time to time to the labour deployed for subject work. Further, ESI, EPF, EDLI, Administration charges are to be paid by contractor. Accordingly, Bidders have to quote.

6. Contract value & rates as agreed upon in the contract are fixed throughout the contract period, including extended period if any.
