Excavation in soil with hydraulic excavator of 1.1 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Construction of earthen subgrade with approved materials deposited at site from cutting and excavation including spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to achieve the desired compactions as specified in technical specifications {based on MORTH} etc. complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:Payment shall only be made based on excavation quantity used in this work.)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upt to 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminuous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilometre, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth with Crushed stone sand / M-sand under floors, foundation including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete etc., as per the direction of EIC.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights:

Foundation, footing, bases of columns etc., for mass concrete

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade exluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand (zone-III): 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) Note: Rapid Hardening/ High early strength Portland Cement to be used for this item.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). Note: Rapid Hardening/ High early strength Portland Cement to be used for this item.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Rapid Hardening/ High early strength Portland Cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-4 Class (Heavy duty) R.C.C Pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc., complete. a). 450mm dia RCC pipes.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion (Rapid setting) complying with IS:8887, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit at the rate specified below, cleaning and preparing the existing pavement surface as per specifications complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. If the actual quantity of bitumen varies from the quantity specified, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of bitumen shall be done as per rate in actual supply voucher from nearest refinery at the time of execution. The rate of bitumen exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment. 0.30 Kg/Sqm on existing concrete surface.

Refineries and 2% stone dust by weight of aggregates as filler material].

Providing, laying and fixing of self adhesive glass fibre reinforcement grid of High Modulus Fibre Glass of mesh size not exceeding 12.5mm x 12.5mm. The self adhesive glass fibre reinforcement after laying over the Runway Pavement shall be pressed down fully with a rubber tired roller and glued to pavement surface. The grid being self adhesive does not require tack coat. The longitudinal overleap should not be less than 250mm and transverse overleap i.e. at the end of the roll should not be less than 150mm. The items should be completed in all respect, to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting runway/ Taxi Track / Apron marking with adequate no. of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and other foreign material etc., and lining out complete. a) New work (Two or more coats)

Cutting of existing flexible pavements in patches of required width and depth by deploying milling machine with attachement of conveyor belt system including cleaning & dressing of the surface and disposal of cutting material within airport premises etc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding the cost of general cleaning considered under tack coat item)

Haulage of excavated material excluding cost of loading, unloading and stacking for shifting the material within the Airport premises as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Before execution of work lead chart shall be prepared and got approved from Engineer- in - charge. Payment shall be made based on approved lead chart. (Rate per Cum per Km)

Fabrication & Supply of MS Transformer Housing Box of size 330x330x300 mm, made out of 8mm thick MS sheet on four sides and bottom, 10mm thick MS sheet for top cover having clear hole of 216 mm dia with 6 Nos. M10 size threaded holes on the top for fixing of fixture base plate; 01 No. 25 mm dia drain hole in bottom and entry hole on two/three/four sides suitable to receive 40/50/63mm dia of GI/HDPE pipe entry for incoming and outgoing cables, two Nos. cadmium plated earthing bolts with nuts and washers etc. including painting with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of black enamel paint finish etc. as required.

Fabrication & Supply of MS Rectangular Transformer Housing Box of size 750x330x300 mm, made out of 8mm thick MS sheet on four sides and bottom, 10mm thick MS sheet for top cover with 8 Nos. M-10 size threaded hole, 1 No. 25mm dia drain hole at the bottom and suitable holes to enable entry of 40/50/63/90mm dia GI/HDPE pipe and secondary leads, with rubber gaskets for top cover, two Nos. cadmium plated earthing bolts with nuts, top cover lifting arrangement etc. including painting with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of black enamel paint finish etc. as required. Top cover shall be removable type with handles at both sides, 50mm angle form provided inside box with provision to fix the top cover. All bots and nuts shall be of chrome plated.

Supply of Internally Illuminated LED based Mandatory / Information Guidance Sign Boards of various sizes and depth not less than 150mm made out of 4mm thick glare free polycarbonate sheet at front facia having the required details (letters and symbols) screen printed on self adhesive film of 3M make/equivalent and pasted inside of the polycarbonate sheet and body made of 2mm thick anodised aluminium profile reinforced by 50mmX50mm Aluminium/Aluminium Alloy Structure on other five sides with sufficient No. of 50mm dia aluminium legs of 5.5mm thick fixed with Al brackets of 5mm thick and frangible couplings, uniformly internally illuminated with adequate No. of LED Modules of LED of burning hours not less than 50,000 spacing not more than 100mm with suitable rated weather proof Power Converter (IP 67) to achieve required illumination level, suitable for operation on airfield series circuit input source of 2.8A-6.6A to give constant brightness for all current variation without flickering, with all other accessories such as MS base plate of 10 mm thick with 16mm dia 250mm length foundation bolts and nuts of SS Materials etc., complete as required and conforming to ICAO/FAA Requirements etc., as required.

Electrical works SH III: Installation of AGL Fixtures, CCRs and associated works. Installation of Airfield Light Fixtures as following:

Installation of Inset light fittings in the concrete/bitumen surface by core cutting with suitable core cutting machine tool for the required size for fixing the shallow box, alignment of the box to match with the runway surface, fixing it using Dobefil /equivalent compound with hardener, fixing of top assembly on the shallow box, connecting the plug and receptacles of inset fitting with isolation transformer, making all electrical connections, making good the surface to the original finish, testing and commissioning of the whole inset fittings etc., complete as required. (Fitting, Isolation Transformer and connector kits will be supplied by department)

Installation, Testing and commissioning of Elevated type Runway Edge/ End / Threshold / Guard Lights / Taxiway lights fittings (Halogen/LED) on the existing transformer housing boxes including installation of isolating transformer, crimping / joining of connector kits, covering with HT insulation tape over which PVC tape, fixing of gaskets, nuts, bolts and other accessories, alignment, levelling, earth connection etc., complete as required. (Fitting, Isolation Transformer and connector kits will be supplied by department)

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 10KW microprocessor based CCR including all civil work etc. complete as required.

Installation of MS Transformer housing box of size 330mm X 330 mm X 300 mm in runway / taxiway shoulder of concrete/bitumen surface including dismantling of concrete/bitumen to the required size, providing 75mm thick cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 on all around the transformer housing box with required slope on the top to match with the bitumen / concrete surface, painting of MS box etc., as required.

SITC of outdoor type sloped top feeder pillar box made out of MS sheet of size 18"x18"x9" of 3mm thick (painting the box with 2 coats of polyurethane paint of aviation yellow colour along with initial coat of zinc chromate primer etc.,) suitable for 6.6KV grade AFL Cable End terminations, with hinged door, locking arrangement, cable entry holes, mounted on 1 No. 2" dia. GI pipe of 150 mm length with breakable coupling on 10mm thick MS base plate, fixing the feeder pillar box by providing 150mm PCC Cement Concrete (1:2:4) and Pre cast cement contrete cube of minimum size 450 x 450x 600 mm with foundation bolts of minimum length 300mm and 16mm dia & nuts with spring washer of SS 304 grade of suitable size i/c providing breakable couplings and providing cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 all around the feeder pillar box board upto 0.5 mtr on the four sides of the feeder box for a depth of 150 mm etc. as approved by Engineer-In-Charge complete as required.

Supply and Laying of 63 mm dia PE 100 PN 10 HDPE Pipes by single horizontal directional drilling (HDD) of suitable dia in the operational area with depth range at 2.5 to 3 mtr including opening of manholes /pits on both sides, reaming, drilling, jointing of pipes, providing all required machines (HDD machine, mud mixer, earth mover etc.) and specialised manpower, closing of manholes / pits after laying the pipes etc as required.

Supply and Laying of 63 mm dia OD HDPE Pipe of PN 10 PE 100 grade ISI Marked conforming to IS:4984 along with all accessoreis like sockets, bends, coupler etc, complete with fitting cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Fabrication and Supply of 10 mm thick MS dummy plate dia 260 mm dia suitable for isolation transformer housing box with 06 No.s of thread holes for fixing of M-10 SS Bolts including supply of M-10 SS bolts along with spring washers etc complete as required.

Supply and Fixing of pre-cast RCC manhole chamber of inner size 1000 mm X 1000 mm X 600 mm deep with wall thickness of 100 mm along with suitable RCC slab cover having 100 mm thickness with lifting hooks making as per site requirements including providing PCC base of grade 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand: 640 mm size concrete) of 100 mm thickness at the bottom, required excavation, refilling, ramming etc., complete as required.

Removal of old isolation transformer housing box/junction box of different sizes located at different locations in runway/taxiway edge area after dismantling from concrete foundation, refilling with cement concrete of 1:2:4 and quick setting sealant, making good the runway/taxiway surface to the original shape/finish, removal of all the debris from site, transportation of box to AAI store, stacking etc., as per the direction of Engineer in Charge complete as required.

Removal of old isolation transformer housing box/junction box of different sizes located at different locations in earth/soil after dismantling from concrete foundation, refilling the earth, making good the surface to the original shape/finish, removal of all the debris from site, transportation of box to AAI store, stacking etc., as per the direction of Engineer in Charge complete as required.
