List of Financial Resources with Certificates

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value) as prime contractor at least one similar work such as Maintenance of Dam/Barrage gates of amount not less than Rs. 44.82 Lakhs. The certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer and countersigned by the SE of the concerned Circle / next higher officer. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving a weightage of 10% each year, if the work is completed prior to the year 2024-25.

The intending bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of critical items of work (usually 80 percent of the peak annual rate of construction i.e. Quantity put to tender x 80 percentage in any one financial year, during the last five financial years reckoned back from 2024-25. Certificate should be obtained from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division and countersigned by the SE of the concerned Circle.

BID CAPACITY The tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value

The bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover in all civil construction works of not less than the amount of Rs. 89.63 Lakhs.The turnover prior to FY 2024-25 will be updated to the present Price level by giving weightage of 10percent each year. Audited Profit and Loss account statement certified by a practicing Chartered Account bearing the UDIN along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished.

The intending bidder should furnish liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than amount of Rs,26.89 Lakhs credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from Nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirements. Usually, the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period should be in the below format.
