Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in plinth protection and even and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Virified Ceramic tiles dark shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, coloured tiles laid over and including with screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes, roofs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Virified Ceramic tiles dark shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, coloured tiles laid over and including with rendering of cement mortar (1:4) 10 mm thick for laying floor finishes, roofs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) tile 16 to 18 mm thick as in any position and similar works over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) 10 mm thick, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match coloured tiles laid over and including the shade of granite stone incl cutting, polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles with grey pigment cement and pigments 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes, roofs, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description and in any position including PCC padding any thickness and cleaning, wire brushing, watering & removal of debris outside MOD. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete padding laid to required slope incl finishing the concrete surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
