Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.

Sand filling in plinth excluding supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 Kms from the side of work and including watering dressing etc. required for proper completion of work (Lead upto 30m & lift 1.5m)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1 : 2 : 4 of not less than strength of M-15, Stone ballast (20mm Nominal size), approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete including cost of form work in foundation and floors. (SI. No. 279)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retarder for setting of concrete/ improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. All the work upto plinth level

Mild steel / TMT/ HYSD Bar Fe 500 D or Iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including the supply of steel and its wastage, bends, hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured.

Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap. Payable length shall be measured from pile cut-off to the founding level as per IS 2911 ) 300 mm dia piles

Extra over single under ream for providing additional bulbs in under reamed piles, under specified diameter (only the nos. of extra bulbs are to be paid) 300 mm dia piles

Integrity testing of Pile using Low Strain/ Sonic Integrity Test/ Sonic Echo Test method in accordance with IS 14893 including surface preparation of pile top by removing soil, mud, dust & chipping lean concrete lumps etc. and use of computerised equipment and high skill trained personal for conducting the test & submission of results, all complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Chipping / Demolition of pile RCC taking care not to damage the balance RCC of piles including disposal of malba to the nearest municipal dumping ground include straightening and bending of the exposed reinforcement of pile in to the pile cap position as directed by Engineer.

Dismantling of brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed by Engineer-In-Charge within a distance of 60 meters (200 feet).

Class-150 (Non modular) brickwork in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials,labour and t&p etc required for proper completion of work, Chapter 5 ,pwd si no 303

Add Extra for super structure above plinth level up to floor 5 level including necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required and also including honey combed brick work in thickness of wall more then 12 CM

Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undacorated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applid @ 0.75Ltr/10sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.for two coat. 15 mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in prportion of 1:6 cement & coures sand of single coat.

Steel work in Built up Tubular ( round, Squre or Rectengular Hollow tube Etc.) trusses, Compound gate etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primar including welding and bolted with speical sheped washers etc. complete

Art painting by architech interior wall paint on new surface- Finishing walls with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.for two coat.

Barrication work for laying the pipeline with MS Pipes with MS sheet ( 25 mm dia & 40 mm dia 1.2 m height) including watching during night fixing danger flags, danger lights/reflectors and painting in different colours etc complete
