Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed P+J work 50% each.

Disposal of all excavated earth through mechanical tranport upto 5km.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2sand :4 graded ston aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinths.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frome 30*30*5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete & plain concrete work in: Floor etc. upto 200mm in thickness

Supply and fixing expended metal to wood or steel members in partitions etc. Weight exceeding 3 kg and not exceeding 5 kg per Sqm detail of cost for one Sqm.

Steel work welded build up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hosting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in greetings, framed guard bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar works. MS angle 45*45

2nd class half brick work using common burnt clay building briks in foundation and plinths in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand)

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth Cement Mortar 1:4 (1Cement:4 Sand).

Precast terrazzo tiles hydraulic compresseds 20 mm (with marble chips of specified sizes) fixed on wall on 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand )jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (whereever required ) including rubbing and polishing completed with tiles of following shades: White

Providing and laying in trenches 4.0Kg.f/Cm² working pressure polythene pipes (Phenolex pipe), high density (Confirming to IS 4984-1972) complete with special flange compression type fitting(earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separately) a)200mm diameter nominal size.
