DG SET Supply, erecting, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, static silent (Sound Proof enclosure) Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 256 KW (320 KVA), water cooled, with AMF panel 415 Volts(AC Three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet , outlet return inlet oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Jassai.(Capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation( of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 M all around for ease of movement and 0.5 M height), anti-vibration pads, including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and Comprising of followings:-

(ii) ALTERNATOR: Brushless AC alternator, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 256 KW (320 KVA) Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation Class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. (iii) BASE PLATE: made out of structural steel as per manufacturers recommended design/specifications. (iv) AMF CONTROL PANEL: Factory made cubicle type floor mounted LT Panel board, indoor type made out of MS angle not less than 40X40X5 mm, and 2 mm thick MS CRCA sheet , front opening type protection class IP-54 , duly powder coated after seven tank process with electrolytic grace copper bus bar of 500 Amps capacity for four poles, with all standard switchgear and protection, internal wiring of adequate size PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable etc and also consisting of followings:-

(v) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75 % load under field condition and ox, 70DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labeling certification etc as laid down in GSR No 371(E) dt 17 May 2002. (vi) Foundation/Plinth/Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m Space should be available all around the Set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M (vii) Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hours operation of Gen Set. (viii) MISC: Tool kit, Operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices. (Note : 01 Number 19mm thick rubber mat of size 2mx1m as specified shall be provided. The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of these provisions.

Supply and fix MS flanged pipe 80 mm NB heavy duty with flanged ends heavy duty ISI marked with all fittings like elbow, tee, bend, socket, reducers, flange, taper, nut, bolt, heavy duty gasket, G I Bolts, G I Nuts, G I Washers etc. fixed on walls or floor or roof with necessary clamps / supports made out of suitable size Ankle Iron and MS Flat for building/ trenches duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of zinc chromate primer all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Yard hydrant Post / Stand Post 80mm Dia GI both end flanged type 1.5m Height duly painted with 2 coats of Signal Red Synthetic Enamel paint including necessary heavy duty gasket, G I Bolts, G I Nuts, G I Washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flanged outlet TWO way inlet Breeching (fire brigade inlet connection suction collecting head) having Cast Iron Body consisting of four nos 63mm dia instantaneous type Gun metal adaptors / Couplers with PVC blank cap and chain including necessary heavy duty gasket, G I Bolts, G I Nuts, G I Washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.
