Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6/ M-10 with minimum cement content 220 Kg/Cum (1 cement, 3 crushed sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specificationsand drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering Complete at all levels

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using steel plates, timber planks for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports, bracings etc. and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels For Sub Structure

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Steel supplied by the contractor. Using TMT bars of specified grades of all sizes. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor from the own plants of SAIL, RINL or TATA make only using virgin materials

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications. Note: (i) In view of limit on water-cement ratio for durability requirements, concrete admixtures (Naphthalene / Melamine based super plasticizers) shall be used after taking prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge and the rates quoted for these items shall be inclusive of the cost of admixtures, trial mixes, testing (at site & at approved labs), etc. complete. ii) All projections, fins etc. in the concrete surface formed at the joints in the formwork should be ground & flush and finished at no extra cost. iii) Minimum cement content .

Providing, supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins, posts etc. using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including appling a coat of Zinc chromate primer of approved make all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (i) Every possible precaution shall he taken to ensure that the damaged surface(s) shall be thoroughly clean, dry, free from condensation, moisture, dust, oil grease, rust, dirt and other contaminants before the application of the touch-up/repair processes. (ii) Blast cleaning and painting shall not be conducted when the surfaces are less than 3 °C above dew point or when the relative humidity of the air is greater than 85%. (iii) Any paint found to be incorrectly applied shall be removed and repainted to the appropriate painting/coating requirement. (iv) Surface preparation, whenever possible, shall be carried out by dry blast-cleaning. Where dry blast cleaning is not feasible due to limited access, risk of damage to equipment, light gauge steel, proximity to electrical or instrumentation components, hand or power tool cleaning shall be applied. This shall be followed by solvent cleaning prior to painting. Where the damaged surface being repaired lies adjacent to a previously coated surface, the cleaning shall extend to the surrounding coating by a minimum of 25 mm on all sides and the edges shall be "chamfered" to ensure continuity of the patch coating. (v) Appropriate protection, shields or screens shall be used to cover the remainder of the previously coated surface to prevent any possibility of damage to or contamination of the coating before starting any repair work.

Providing and constructing brick work in cement mortar using Standard bricks of approved quality / class, make / brand in super structure above plinth up to Floor-II level in all shapes and sizes including curing, raking out joints complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Brickwork in super structure with standard bricks in C.M 1:4 using crushed Sand

Providing and fixing G.I. chicken mesh in the junctions of concrete & brick work / masonry or as directed by the Engineer in charge including cutting, fixing with nails in position before plastering complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (only area of the chicken mesh used alone will be measured)

Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound of approved make for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding up to 10 metres height complete.all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 15 mm thick plastering using Ready mix internal plastering compound of approved make for internal faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding up to 10 metres height complete.all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing precoated Galvalume Roofing profile sheets of approved size, shape and pitch up to and including single length of 12.00 met. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 X 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing UV stabilised fibre glass reinforced plastic sheet roofing / vertical lines upto any pitch including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain / bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified and as directed by the Enginer-in-charge 2.0 mm thick corrugated (2.5" or 4.5"or 6") or step - down (2"or 3" or 6") as specified.

Providing and Painting with Epoxy PU paint using 2 coats of (120 Micron dry film thickness) Epoxy PU high build coating as finishing coat over a priming coat of EPILUX-13 High Build primer of 50 micron thickness over steel surfaces at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, scraping , applying sand paper , making free of Rust, dust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joint, cracks if any using epoxy putty complete. all as per manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to achieve minimum overall dry Film thickness of 170 micron (50 Micron primer Coat + 120 micron finishing Coat). Providing Marble work using marble (Polished and machine cut) of minimum thickness 17 mm for wall lining (Veneer work) in C.M 1:3 (using crushed sand) including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (Using Marble dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the marble shade ,To be secured to the backing by means of cramps, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Udaipur Green Marble slab using crushed sand

Providing and laying chequered / patterned tiles 400 X 400 X 35 mm thick of approved make including levelling, curing, finisihing and cleaning etc. complete to obtain required finish complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
