Opening of Revomax -RXD850 Steam Boiler assembly by way of dismounting of the burner gun assembly, removing the front plate coil from it by employing chain pulley block. Retreival of damaged circulation coil by way of removal of fastners and retraction by chain pulley. The job further includes welding of leages by way of patching MS/Cl plates of requisite length and checking for leakages by way of forced water circulation using pressure pump. Post leakage proofing, the coil should be refitted and fastened into boiler shell. The job includes repair/ replacement of damaged refractory seals, gaskets, asbestos rope, asbestos felt, asbestos sheet, defective nuts, bolts etc. as required caused during retrival. The Job further includes replacement of The tools and tackles required for the job and any other consumables shall be provided by the contractor.

Providing and replacement of the burnt out Cyclic Timer of control panel Type: 800S-230

Providing and fitting of New Photo cell to the burner assembly in place of old damaged one.
