Supply and fix in repair, FRP junction box, of suitable size, comprising of 01 No. MCB, SP, 10 Amps, 240volts, 10KA, 'C' Series for each street light with 02 Nos. bus bar of aluminium strips not less than 25mmx3mm duly shrouded/insulated including necessary MS clamps, nuts and bolts, washers etc for fixing, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth as in hard/dense soil for foundation of poles, stay assembly or laying of cables, water supply pipes etc and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m but n.exc 3.0m in depth as in soft/disintegrated rock soil for foundation and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioining of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric power under ground LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 10Sqmm nominal cross section x 2 core, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminium lugs, complete all as specified and directed. Servicing of solar water heating system of 100 LPD capacity by cleaning of solar plate collector, copper brazing to arrest leakages of header and riser assemblies, brazing/riveting to collector box disturbed parts to make it in original position, descaling of tubes and tanks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing/erecting in repair true vertical position, steel tubular pole, swaged, type 410-SP-22 (8.5m long), LT, complete with cast iron base plate of size 300mmx300mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out, existing transformer from the site to workshop (approved by GE) and from workshop to the site, cutting the old existing winding, Taking out, core from transformer and rewinding the transformer by using super enamelled copper wire of appropriate size (copper wire shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only) including packing material such as latherised paper, cotton tape, varnishing and ovening the core for transformer and refixing the same in position after repair including all connections and testing for transformer of capacity 250 KVA, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Any damage if occurred during the process of handling the transformer will be made good by contractor at no extra cost. (ii) Any defective part required to be replaced shall be measured & paid as 'Supply and fix' separately. (iii) Transformer should be repaired within 05 days after receiving message from Engr-in-charge, if the transformer is not repaired within time, the penalty of Rs. 2500.00 per hour shall be recovered from the contractor.

The sensor (Nature switch) alongwith suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade special moulding compound confirming to IP 54. Contactor, MCB and circuit wiring should be suitable enough to take load of 12KW equally distributed over 3 Phase (4KW/phase). Servicing & maintenance of DG sets of capacity 62.5 KVA, from authorised representative of company (approved by GE) installed at different locations to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, complete as per following:- (i) Draining out engine/lubrication oil, flushing and pouring new engine oil after repair of DG set including supply and replacement of oil pan/chamber gasket. (ii) Supply and fix, lubricant oil filter element as in replacement (iii) Supply and fix, fuel filter element, as in replacement (iv) Topping up /filling up of radiator with K cool 10Litres (v) General servicing of DG set by opening of tappet cover/top cover, tappet clearance setting with injector timing adjustment, re-fixing of tappet/top cover including supply and replacement of tappet cover packing set, shellac/bostic tube. (vi) Supply and fix, element air cleaner, as in replacement. (vii) Tightening of all electrical connection, AVR connections, alternator connection and Panel connections (viii) Tightening of all the hoses, Fuel connections & `V' Belts. (ix) Cleaning of silencer mufler, radiators. (x) Checking & adjustment of battery terminals and taking out defective and supply and fix new battery terminal in replacement. (xi) Testing of Engine on load for 30 Minutes. (xii) Supply and fix fuel water separator in replacement. (xiii) Checking of auto programming & manual processing. Note: spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately

Note : Chemical solution shall be supplied by the contractor as on requirement basis through out the currency of the contract .Therefore the contractor shall procure the chemical solution in piecemeal as per requirement .The material shall be deposited with AGE B/R Kasauli and RV shall be prepared accordingly. Contractor shall also arrange independent testing of chemical from Govt authorized laboratory at his own expence. The cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in the quotated rate. Payment of supply of Sodium chlorite solution shall only be made on production of test report.

Supply and fixing in repair branch pipe gun metal 63mm instantaneous inlet of length upto 7.5m, made threaded outlet, 15mm bore nozzle short, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fixing, brass ball valves, suitable for 20mm bore dia pipes etc, high pressure, with polylethene float and fiynut, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 5mm thick mild steel plates plain or corrugated for valve pit cover, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs. 70523.50 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
