Maintenance & operation of DG Set (any capacity) and routine maintenance of minor nature with one operator (FGM) in each shift of (08) eight hours per day at the telephone exchange and AFNET, complete all as directed by Engineer in charge for the following shifts :-

1st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs

2nd shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs

3rd shift from 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs

Maintenance & operation of DG Set (any capacity) and routine maintenance of minor nature with one operator (FGM) in each shift of (08) eight hours per day at the Tech Area, complete all as directed by Engineer in charge for the following shifts :-

1st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs

2nd shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs

Manning, operation and mantainence of sewage Treatment plant of capacity 250 KLD at D camp near SNCO Mess by deploying experienced and qualified skilled One operator including Sunday and holidays 08 hours per day complete all as specified and as directed and pumping, supply and distribution system as operation of pumps, DG set , chemical Dozers and electric panels etc, cleaning of pump house building internal and external area around the installation, complete all as specied and directed by Engineer in charge for the following shifts:-

1st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs

2nd shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs

Manning, operation and mantainence of sewage Treatment plant of capacity 85 KLD at G Block by deploying experienced and qualified skilled One operator/staff for 08 hours shift per day including Sunday and holidays complete all as specified and as directed .and pumping , supply and distribution system as operation of pumps, DG set , chemical Dozers and electric panels etc, cleaning of pump house building internal and external area around the installation all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge for the following shifts :-

1st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs

2nd shift from 1400 hrs to 2200hrs

Maintenence & operation of Central Air Conditioning Plants (any capacity) and routine maintenance of minor nature with one skilled Ref/Mech operator in (restricted / Danger area) in each shift of (08) eight hours per day for L,M, N plants complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge in the following shifts :-

1st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs

2nd shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs

3rd shift from 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs

Maintenence & operation of Central Air Conditioning Plants (any capacity) and routine maintenance of minor nature with one skilled Ref/Mech operator in (retricted / Danger area) in each shift of (08)eight hours per day for F & G plants complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge in the following shifts:-

1st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs

2nd shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs

3rd shift from 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs

Maintenence & operation of Central Air Conditioning Plants (any capacity), and routine maintenance of minor nature with one skilled ref mech operator helper in (restricted / Danger area) in each shift of (08) eight hours per day for any capacity at Q & R plants complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

1st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs

2nd shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs

3rd shift from 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs

Maintenance and operation of Electrical installation 11 KV (Main receiving sub station) by employing manpower One Electrician (skilled) at Tech area. The electricians will attend all faults of entire Installion consisting of Transformers, VCB's/OCB's, Battery Banks, LT Panels having various type MCCBs/ACBs and UG Cables etc. The electrician will be responsible for complete operation of the installation and will ensure proper maintenance of all electrical equipments and accessories installed at the Sub Station and also responsible for repair/maint of any type of electrcical breakdown complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- charge in the following shifts:-

1st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs

2nd shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs

3 rd shift from 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs

Maintenance and operation of Electrical installation 11 KV (Domestic sub station) by employing manpower One Electrician (Skilled) at Admin Area. The electrician will attend all faults of entire Installion consisting of Transformers, VCB's/OCB's, Battery Banks, LT Panels having various type MCCBs/ACBs and UG Cables etc complete. The electrician will be responsible for complete operation of the installation and will ensure proper maintenance of all electrical equipments and accessories installed at the Sub Station and also responsible for repair/maint of any type of electrical breakdown complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- charge in the following shifts:-

1st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs

2nd shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs

Attending internal electric complaints pertaing to Daily complaint Register by deploying one skilled electrician complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

General Notes for Item No 1.00 to item No 10.00:- (a) All T&P tools i.e. plier, screw driver, ring/DE spanner, test lamp with bulb, Allen Key, Tester, Adjustable wrench, Pipe wrench, Rubber Hand gloves, Safety belt etc shall be provide by the contractor. (b) 02 sets of uniform approved by GE and name plate shall be provided by the contractor indicating the name of individual and firm. (c) All stationary i.e. printed daily log sheet, attendance register etc shall be provided and maintained by the contractor. Log sheet shall be maintained per shift with proper handing/taking over of installation and no individual will leave the installation without arrival of reliever or as directed by Enge-in- Charge. (d) Log sheet and attendance register should be put up to JE E/M/ AGE E/M for verification on daily basis. (e) Material required for day to day maintenance of installation shall be provided by department.

Srl No. 11.00 here-in-before (f) Tradesman shall be ITI qualified or 3 years experience in trade will be permitted and contractor must produce all qualification certificate/ experience certificates, photos and police verification, uniform mentioned as above before taking over site of all manpower deployed in this contract. (g) The contractor will produce the log sheets of installation duly completed/filled up for each month. (h) Daily cleaning of installation of inside/ outside area should be carried out by the tradesman of installation and material like dasuti/yellow cloth, broom, axis pic, spade, grass cutter etc shall be provided by the contractor. (j) The contractor shall be responsible for payment of tradesman on date to be fixed by Engr-in-Charge through bank transaction and submit payment statement to Engr-in-Charge in the end of each month. (k) In the event of absence of any tradesmen penalty shall be imposed at twice the prevailing Govt rates per shift and no payment shall be made for that shift

Srl No. 11.00 here-in-before (l) Contractor will arrange mobile set with authenticated mobile number at each installation and deployed tradesman will remain in contact with JE E/M and Engr-in-Charge at all the duty hours. (m) Contractor/ his authorized rep will remain in contact with JE E/M and Engr-in-Charge at all the duty hours on their authenticated mobile number. (n)Contractor will produce PPF/EPF number of each deployed tradesman. Contractor will arrange proper insurance for the tradesman and department shall not be held responsible for paying any compensation in case of any fatal accident. Any dispute with tradesman under labour act will be dealt with by the contractor with labour commissioner/ appropriate authority. (o) Payment to the manpower deployed by the contractor shall be made through bank only. (p) The contractor shall produce the payment proof of the empyoyees to the Engineer -in- Charge alongwith submission of RARs for submission to GE for payment, and the same is mandatory for payment to the contractor.
