Temporary Iron structured waterproof tentage complete size 120Ft x 120 Ft. One green room covered for artists. Space between chairs (column) shall be kept open to follow COVID SOP’s.

PART-B (Events/Performances)

Two National Punjabi Singer (Celebrity) of repute performing shows for minimum 120 minutes performance with group performance (01 for each day)

Four famous regional artists performing 30 minutes show each. I. Geetru II. Musical Group III. Dogri Duet Songs

Arrangement of Guests (Including VVIPs and VIPs) Breakfast, refreshments, Lunch, Dinner approximately (50 pax on the each day) ( Vegetarian / Non Vegetarian)

Additional component proposed by the bidder (it won’t be considered for financial bid evaluation)

All other items of Role & Responsibility as mentioned above.
