Project for CCTV Surveillance Network and backbone infrastructure establishment, WiFi Network and IP based OFC LAN connectivity between 10 nos. of repeaters sites for establishment of DMR network during entire Ganga Sagar Mela 2027

CCTV Installation & Networking charges of 228 cameras: Installation & Networking charges of around 228 CCTV Cameras (PTZ & Bullet) in different Sectors viz. Mela Ground, Kachuberia, Chemaguri, Benuban, Lot-8 & Namkhana including Kakdwip, Mainland and Island traffic with connecting cables and required NVR and compatible switches, Networking equipment and others. The Location and type of cameras and viewing of CCTV feed in respective sectors.

CCTV Installation & Networking charges with 450 Cameras on Rental basis: Establishment of connectivity for Intra Network of around 450 CCTV Cameras (PTZ & Bullet) in different Sectors viz. Mela Ground, Kachuberia, Chemaguri, Benuban, Lot-8 & Namkhana including Kakdwip, Mainland and Island traffic with connecting cables and required NVR and compatible switches, Networking equipment and others. The Location and type of cameras and viewing of CCTV feed in respective sectors

Establishment of Microwave Connectivity: Point to Point Microwave Connectivity between (i) Kachuberia & Lot-8/Sagar Island (ii) Namkhana & Chemaguri to obtain adequate band-width across the river channel for integrating 200 CCTV Cameras of Mainland sectors, Internet services for Wi-Fi zones, live Drone Footage and others, situated under Island sectors. Additional Microwave link, if required to install to establish connectivity, need to be supplied by the vendor.

Redundant connectivity in addition to Microwave link: Between LOT-8 and Kachuberia attentively 200 numbers of cameras to be accessed through this network for the viewing at main island control room. The vendor may hire redundant connectivity for resilience of network for the requirement of said bandwidth point to point Optical Fibre connection

Establishment of Network Backbone Infrastructure with redundant facility: The backbone for integrating 600 CCTV Cameras to be created for different sectors and zone under Ganga Sagar Mela & 78 CCTV Cameras under different Railway Stations of Sealdah GRPS, the area description and conditions are described.

Display Units / Video Walls: Display Units for CCTV Network like Giant Video Walls & Monitors of different sizes to obtain feed of selected cameras at 30 numbers of different locations. The locations, size and Display unit specification of respective locations.

Internet accessibility: (i) Wi-Fi Zone creation in the 8 locations, require strong access to internet service to handle monitoring and with a coverage under the sectors namely : Island, Kachuberia, Lot 8, Namkhana. WiFi accessibility is required for UAV flying Zone for above mentioned sectors. (ii) For live video footage of 15 numbers of UAV (iii) The calculation of required bandwidth and management of the same will be under provision of vendor.

Uploading of CCTV feed to Nabanna, Bhawani Bhawan and Telecom Hqrs: Uploading of selected camera feeds approximate 200 numbers (PTZ and Bullet) for remote access to Nabanna, Bhabani Bhaban,Telecom HQ and selected subscribers with Gangasagar Sahayata App. The calculation of required bandwidth and management of the same will be under provision of vendor.

IP Based Fiber Optic LAN connectivity between 10 nos. of repeater sites for establishment of DMR network.
