Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level. Masonry work (first sort), in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) DSR 7.8.1

40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush. Red sand stone. DSR 11.28.1

Providing and laying tactile tile (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300x300x9.8 mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals ocation etc., laid on 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with White cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. DSR 16.9

Providing and laying cobble stone flooring with 4"x4"x3" (avergage thikness) of hard stone as per approved sample. the cobble stones shall be fixed on the prepared concrete base over 20mm thick C.S. mortar 1:1 with 10mm spacing between adjoining stones, including grouting of joints. the pattern of the cobble stone flooring shall be as approved design in the drawing of work. the bidder shall examine the drawing of the work, complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-charge. Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. 15.2.1 Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix) DSR 15.2.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). Providing and fixing GI pipe railing consisting of 2" dia (B Class) having Vertical members of 3'-3" height( 2'-3" above ground and 1'-0" below ground)@ 7'-0" c/c & horizontal members at top fixed with the help of GI elbow/tee/angle tee wherever required for 2" Dia GI pipe. The vertical members shall be welded at bottom with cross hold fast 9" long of MS flat 50 x 6mm embedded in ground with cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 1' x 1' x 1'. The Rate further includes digging of pit of size 1' x 1' x 1' including centering and shuttering PCC block and removal of earth including the cost of cutting, straightening, threading and fixing etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineering-in-Charge. Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 11.56.1Polished Granite stone slab of colour Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent.
