Demolition of old mud phuska, removing rubbish of the premises cleaning surface and preparing to receive new mud plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2(20 mm graded aggregate) as in roof padding/mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in chgarge.

Providing and applying water proofing work with polyester reinforced APP membrane sheet of thickness 3mm by Mechanically clean the RCC slab and wall with wire brush / coir brush to freee from loose materials like dust, dirt ect make wattah / coving of 50x50 mm at all horizontal and vertical joints to avoid right angle turning with polymer based mortar. Apply hea t resistant aluminium painting over water proofing membrane. Apply one coat of solvent based bitumen primer on cleaned & leveled surface @ 3-5 Sqmtr / ltr per coat. Unroll the torchshield roll after application of primer. Align the torchshield roll correctly & re-roll it in alignment before torching. Use gas burner to heat substrate and underside to softening points. When the embossing disappers, roll forward and press fimly against substrate to bond from the lower end towards the higher end. Keep overlap margin for minimum 100mm. Heat both the overlaps and use round tipped trowel to seal overlap. Excess compound shold be smoothened and pressed into seam using hot trown complete. Providing and applying tow component cementitious and acrylic flexible waterproofing and protective coating ,two coats with 1mm DFT, having Hydrostatic (positive) water pressure resistance (DIN 1048) is 7. Abrasion resistance cm / km is 0.09 of Dr. Fixit PIDIFIN 2K / SMART CARE 2K or equivalent with a paint brush over existing roof surface. The polyesterreinforced coated net of 45 g / m2, 2.5mm x 2.5mm is laying on the surface immediately on the first coat of two component modified polymer Dr. Fixite pidifin 2K or equivalent. After removal of all loose materials like dust etc wtih wire brush coir brushes from roof surface to get absolutely cleaned surface free of foreign contaiminant filling of crack and patches with polymer based reapir mortar / micro concrete,after the repairing work making the gola on surrounding walls junction and seal the vertical walls upto 300mm in case of core cutting on the surface, the joint is seal with non-shrink grout. The work complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Work shallbe executed through specialized agency) Note: Waterpofing treatment is carried out in the complete sunken area and upto 300mm outer walls of the sunken area. This wall area should be including in the measurement book.
