M & L Pre-stressed concrete pole, 9.0metres long, 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom, class 10 including taking down carefully the exisitng unserviceable pole, serviceable street light fitting and ACSR conductor including connecting accessories and refixing the same after replacing the new pole with all necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavaation, earthwork and PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 as in foundation and mass concrete using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS cross arm bracing support clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or sizes as indicated or directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint, including removing the existing cross arms etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two glavanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut,100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 Volts grade, including taking down existing insulators all as specifeid and directed.

M&L Shakle type, porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts 100mm in height, 115mm dia, working pressure 1100 volts, section of strap 31X5, 14mm dia bolts including taking down the existing one etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting & trimming of tree branches any girth and size touching to overhead lines and clearing the distance 1.5 mtr either sides of overhead line removing the waste (branches etc) off the site all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for foundation, laying of poles / cables / pipes in trenches etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed and specified.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete all as all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance no exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a lvevel not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above from the starting point complete all as all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread crushed stone sand for cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

M&L burnt bricks sub class ‘B’ of size 230 x 113 x 75mm for cable protection complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm

Disconnecting existing panel and its connections and supply, install, testing and commissioning CPRI APPROVED factory fabricated, outdoor type, LT FEEDER PILLAR BOX made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet of size 1M x 0.75M x 0.35M with projected globe roof for rainwater protection dust and vermin proof, double door with both side opening including neoprene rubber gasket, suitable for 440 Volt 3 Phase 4 Wire System, including danger plate, earthing strip point and ventilation louvers at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc chromium plated nuts, bolts and washers etc. and embeded with 50x50x6mm mild steel angle iron frame 600mm above the normal ground level complete including internal connection with suitable size of cable, cable lugs and cable glands, PCC foundation 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) and testing after installation complete all as specified and comprising of the following :- (a) Aluminium busbar 200 amps - 04 Nos, supported with suitable size of heavy duty porcelin stand lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral. (b) MCCB 100 amps, 415 volt, 16 KA breaking capacity 4 pole electromagnetic release duly connected to busbar as incoming - 01 No.

M&L for surface dressing up to 15 cm in depth including cleaning of vegitation, removing grass, small plants and other unwanted material and levelling inside substations and surrounding area and removal of excavated materials at a distance not exc 50 m where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair of existing LT panel outddor/indoor type by properly fixing loose/dislocated MS doors complete with provision of hinges and welding at locations as necessary, provision of tower bolt as per as existing size including painting of internal and external surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour after preparation of old painted surfaces complete as required for smooth operation of panel and as directed by the Engr-in-charge (Size of Panel board n.exc 2.25x1.2x0.6 m) NOTE: MS sheet,Tower bolt,sliiding bolt wherever required will be included in the unit rate quoted by the Contractor.
