finishing of walls with water proofing cement paint of approved make such as super snowcem, durocem etc. (Two coats) including one coat of white cement primer to give even shade i/c cost of all material, labour and T & P etc. complete.

12.5 mm thick cement plaster with cemnt mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) i/c cost of all material, labour and T &P etc.

S/F of galvanised mosquites prrof heavy quality iron wire gauge/mesh over door & windows and i/c supply & fixing of shisham wood battens (8x1) cm and 1.4 mm wide sperture with matching wood beading etc complete, including supply of necessary screws, cost of all material labour and T & P etc.

Painitng or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work or on peviously painted old wood or steel work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish. Paint to be used, should cinfirm to the ISI-103, 1950. including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust by sand papering etc i/c cost of all material, labour and T & P etc.

P/F in position teak wood perforated particle board ceiling tiles bonded with B.W.P type Phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin tiles in size 60 x 60 x 12 mm over kail wood timber frame of 50 mm x 38 mm section and suspended from the roof with the help of flat iron Hangers of size 3.0 mm x 45 mm on under side leaving an expansion gap of 6 mm and with provision for providing necessary lighting fixtures including three cost of felt oil paint of approved quality and shade and coat of pink prime/copal varnish of the side facing the roof as per direction given by Engineer-in-Charge. as per SI. No.6b

Construction of Boundary wall in 1st Class Brick Work in 1:4 C.M. including all cost of Labour material T & P completed around I.H. Saprar

Providing & laying of 80mm interlocking concrete block pavement lald in stone dust base and fill joint with fine sand . Joint filled after labling and dressing base including supply of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of the work
