Comprehensive repair/maintenance of EOT crane 22 Nos includuing carrying out Monthly check and servicing of fully automatic flame proof electrical crane upto 10 ton capacity with simplex collective control system, with repair and maintenance of unserviceable damaged parts,such as bushes,all types of guide shoes, hangers, and its contact control cards control connector/links, limit switches, push buttons and its spares, and maintenance of of wire rope, necessary wiring and cable as per requirement for safe operations of crane repair/maintenance of control panel, cleaning of SWR etc to ensure safety and smooth functioning of all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for following. (a) Greasing / oiling of required parts i.e. shaft coupling, rope drum etc. (b) Checking & testing / adjustment of brakets for all motion. (c) Checking & tighting of coupling bolts motor foundatin bolts etc. (d) Checking the wiring connections in control panel & other accessories.(e) Checking of gear oil in gear box & topping up if necessary (Flushing & topping gear oil shall be paid under item No. 4 of Sch 'A' Section-I)Note:- (i) Cost of minor spare parts/ routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares / routine material. (ii) Two Nos. experienced mechanic / technician shall be available to attend breakdown and ensure the safe, smooth, trouble free functioning of the crane.
