Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frames) not exc. 1.5 sqm each etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frames) exc. 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4.0 Sqm each etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down shutter of any description area exc 1.00 Sqm but not exc 2.00 sqm each etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description hacking for key or raking out joint on old brick work/stone/concrete surface etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down shutter from frames of any description area exc 1.00 sqm & not exc 2.00 sqm each and refixng in same opening after easing / minor adjustment / repairs / side cutting / repairs etc complete all as specified and as directed Notes : Glass, wire cloth, butt hinges, Handle, tower bolt, sliding door bolt or any other mtrl reqd to fixing the door shutter, shall be measured and paid Sepeartely

Taking down Handle / Sliding door bolt/ Hasp & Staple/ Tower Bolt / piano hinges etc of any size and any description etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) 25 mm thick as in sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth protection etc, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified including joints filling with sealing compound Grade "A" complete all as specified and directed.
