Procurement, Supply and installation of Outdoor Army base tent of approximately 30 feet X 16 feet, centre height 10 feet and side wall height 6 feet or better to accomodate 20-25 persons per each tent and providing required electrical facilities as per condition/instruction. Each tent basically consist metal frame work over which textile decking mounted. It should Double fly tent, Outer fly & inner fly, both flies made of water proof synthetic fabric of 300-350 GSM/better olive green with detachable side walls with mosquito netting, Velcro and zipped doors and windows, complete with all accessories pole & pins. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of Assembiying, Installation on site, dismantling the tent assembly,transporting to the LPWD store as directed. All expenses for transporting, assembling , erection charges etc. All works are to be carried out as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge at Bangaram Island. (Please see the general and additional terms and conditions of the tender carefully prior to quoting of the rates).
