M&L for rendering 20mm thick (two layer, 10mm and 10mm thick) in cement mortar (1:4) with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement in second layer or in the manner specified by the manufacturer and in the proportions indicated on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair (without using extra lime or cement), complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compond, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD), over a coat of priming coat (Chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, prepara-tory to distempering), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic colouered tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick as in vertical surface such as risers of steps, skirting, dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) finished even and rough, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing and exposed edges of Kota stone shall be rounded complete over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and rough, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm × 60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron or steel earth lead wire 4.0mm dia size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I, connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, GI pipe 20mm dia light grade for watering and GI 15mm dia light grade pipe for protection of earth wire etc. upto test point, PCC (1:3:6) chamber with RCC cover in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar 15cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia round bar, funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc., connected to DB as indicated, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: Contractor should conduct necessary test such as earth continuity, earth resistance test in presence of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, under groung cables etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft / loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in layers of 23cm thick (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Puned layers of 18 cm thick sand shall measured only.

Supply and laying of old size burnt clay fly ash building bricks designation 75(Kg/cm2) laid flat equal to width of bricks, perpendicular to under ground (UG) cable over the dry sand cushioning, for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm dia steel tubes (light grade) galvanised with all fittings, laid in trenches/wall/pole/road crossing for protection of underground cable/ earth strip, all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 3.5 core 35 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of GI tubing of 25 mm dia medium grade ISI Marked laid in trenches/laid under floor on ground including all fittings such as elbow, union, reducer, tees, bends etc and short length, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying testing steel water tubing medium grade with all fitting fixed to wall/ceiling or laid in floor of size 25 mm bore all as specified and directed. Make : TATA/Jindal/Bansal.

Cutting existing steel tubing of size 25 or 32 for alterations or additions (Each cut measured) and screwing existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector), necessarily done in position without taking down, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, ISI marked, 25mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed
