Cleaning and removing all silt, dirt, mud, etc. from inside the tank and from mouth of inlet/ outlet pipe and disposal of the same to a distance not exc. 50 m, and applying one coat of white wash on internal surfaces including preparation of old/wet surface and sign writing with white enamelled paint on black background (height of letters minimum 7.50 cm) on column showing capacity of tank and date of cleaning complete for the following :- Note Mechanized cleaning and disinfection of Water Storage Tank : 1. Mechanized Dewatering of water storage tank. 2.Removal of sluge lyng on the bottom ofwater storage tank through special sludge pumps. 3.Cleaning of internal walls of water storage tank through High Pressure rotary Jets 4.Vaccum cleaning of the floor of water storage tank through industrial vaccum cleaners. 5.Spray of H2 O2 inside the tanks as an antibecterial agent. 6. UV radiation of the tank. 7.Spray of bleaching powder in prescribed quantity after final cleaning of the tank. Note : Cleaning shall be done in two phase first cleaning shall be done in for all the over tank within one month of comencement of work and second cleaning shall be done ater six month of first cleaning of date.

M&L for complete removal and scrapping down with burshes washing with water to external surfaces of RCC overhead tank at any height and filling cracks with white cement and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint complete all as per specified and directed. M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint to under ground sump ( (UG sump) make (Apex of Asian Paints/Weathershield Projects of Dulux Paint or equivalent approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. Complete as per specification and directed by GE . Make : Pidilite Industries Ltd /Fosrock India Ltd /IWL India Ltd (i) The treatment shall be carried by the authorized applicator of treatment provider company as approved by the GE at any staging. Dismantling / taking down old existing unserviceable cement plaster, loose / unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external / internal surfaces of RCC OHT/sump/ wall / roof / beams / columns / RCC , average depth 25mm (at any staging) with power driven of pneumatic chisel and disposal of unservicable material debris and rubbish outside MD land at a place as specified by local bodies including cutting of all edges, making square shoulders of the cavities, roughening the smooth surfaces, scrapping out / removing corrosion all loose / scale / rust etc from the visible reinforcement by applying rust remover or approved make equivalent the steel reinforcemnt properly and then applying single component cementitious corrosion inhibiting primer for steel reinforcement emco system/Webac chemicals on visible reiforcement all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of materials all labours, tools and plants, scaffolding and working upto height 25 mtr etc. complete as per specification and directed by GE . (iii) Adoption of necessary safety arrangements like safety belts ropes, helmets netting etc which are required for safety of worker working at height exceeding 3 mtr shall be mandatary and deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates of any Capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces with using Pidiproof LW + (special formulated liquid water proofing compound composed of surface active plasting agents polymer addities uisng reinforced polymer modified repair mortar) of plaster and concrete to achieve Compressive strength of 15 N/mm2 in 1 Day ,25 N/mm2 in 3 Days ,adhesion bond strength of >2 N/mm2 as per IS 2645-2003 and unsing 200ml in 50kg cement , finished the surface even and smooth all as specified and directed. M&L for Preparation of old steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified Note : Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of materials all labours, tools and plants, scaffolding and working upto height 25 mtr etc. complete as per specification and directed by GE .

S&F in repairs Mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc,. Complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering . Door etc to be prepaired for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks or steel hanging door fittings also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in window cills, lintel band, bed block, copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, Including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earth strip of size 32mm width 5 mm thickmeans of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Schedule Part-I connecting to earthing test point and testing on completion with and including 15 mm bore light grade G.I. protection pipe (0.5 metre beyond pit to main switch) RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia M.S. bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, earthing lead from earth plates to pipe equipment earth point (upto 7.5 m long) common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work, complete.

S&F in repair for earth continuity aluminium conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on chases or any other indicated situation for earthling etc to connect lighting arrestor on the top of the OHT staging maximum 18/21 meter and strip 32x6 mm.

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable/ rusty galvanized iron flat of size pulley GI wire indicater as found at site of over head tanks and provision of new float 300mm dia made out of copper sheet of suitable gauge clamped with 25 x3 mm copper strip duly welded.

Dismantling and taking down existing water meter level indicator board scraping , painting and rewritting the letters and figures (min hight 50mm ) with of black back ground indicating capacity in gallon / ltr divided in ten parts and refixing the same in position after painting and rewriting complete. color bold letters as per directed.

All as per above item but U/G sump complete

Supply , installation ,commisioning and testing ofintegral LED aviation light comprising of LED bulb,aluminium housing with polycorbonate enclosure fixed on water tank at height upto 25 mtr including all fiitings /fixtures & cable complete all as specified and directed.Make : Havells (Area) model BGAV320 LED or equivalent PHILLIPS/BAJAJ/CROMPTON. Note: PVC casing/caping and cable shall be measured and paid seperately.
