M & L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smoothwithout using extra cement including taking down cement plaster and removing the debries out side MoD land, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Complete removing existing treatment including scraping,removing all mud,cake with wire brush and gunny bags from old plastered of wall/ceiling surfaces by applying 2 mm thick white wall care putty to obtain smooth/ even finish surface using sand paper and applying two coat Oil Bound Distember over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directected.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair,including taking down plaster and removing the debries out side MoD land,complete all as specified directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Complete removing existing treatment including scraping,removing all mud,cake with wire brush and gunny bags from old surfaces including and over 2 mm thick white exterior acrylic wall care putty to obtain smooth/ even finish surface using sand paperprepararion for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Work is to be executed in Buildings upto and including 3 storeys.

M&L for Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Work is to be executed in Buildings upto and including 3 storeys.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old sized subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:6 etc including demolition old brick work, complete all as specified and directed.
