PEG TABLE (DRG NO. FD-384)

All timber work shall be first class hard wood (teek wood) well seasoned. All dimensions shape and size shall be as per drawing. Table top shall be made with 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade with teak veneer shade and standard PVC edging alround the top of the table. The particle shall be of make :- "NOVAPAN/ARCHIDLAM ISI MARKED "respectively as approved by GE. Rest all as specified and shown on drawings.

TABLE BED SIDE:- (DRG NO. FD/E6/MAP/15(R)

Overall size of Table bed side shall be 450x450x500mm. Frame shall be made out of 18mm dia MS square pipe (18 Guage) black powder coated. 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board with PVC edging shall be fixed as shown on drg. 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board, pull out tray with telescopic channel and drawer with telescopic channel shall be provided. All steel surfaces.member shall be given epoxy polyester powder coated colour. (Rest all specified and as shown on drg).

SIDE BOARD :- (FD-1112)

All as shown on drawing. Overall size be 1025mm long, 450 mm wide 750 mm high. Back shall be 1025 mm long and 750 mm high pre-laminated particle board 19 mm thick/18mm MDF, Sides shall be 450 mm wide and 675 mm high pre-laminated particle board 19mm thick/18mm thick MDF. Base shall be of 75mm high 19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board 19 mm thick/18 mm thick MDF fixed at 25 mm from front and sides. Top and bottom shall be of 19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board 19 mm thick/18mm thick MDF. A vertical partition of 19 mm thcik pre-laminated particle board 19 mm thick/18 mm thick MDF shall be provided at 358mm from inside of right hand side pre-laminated particle board 19 mm thick/18mm thick MDF. Four drawers shall be provided equally in this space. Three pieces of partical board 40 mmx19mm and 358 mm long shall be provided over the lower three drawers. Bottom, sides, back of drawers shall be of 19 mm partical board. The front of drawers shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board 19 mm thick/18mm thick MDF. 20 mmx20 mm teak wood bearers fixed exactly in center of both sides of the drawers shall be provided to each drawer. Another 20mmx20mm teak wood bearer shall be fixed to the vertical of the side board in such a way that the bearers fixed with the sides of the drawer shall slide over smoothly. On left side compartment two horizontal shelves, equally spaced shall be provided as sown on drawing. The size of shelves shall be 610 mm long and 387 mm wide Two side hung shutters shall be provided to left hand side board. The shutters shall be side hung with 20 mm size piano type hinges. The shutters shall be of 19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board 19 mm thick/18mm thick MDF, 04 mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided all-round the front shutters and front of shelves. Shelves shall be fixed over the standard aluminium shelf support. On all visible front edges of pre-laminated particle board/MDF board shall be provided with 4 mm thick teak wood edging. All drawers and shutters shall be provided with one handle each of powder coated mild steel and 100 mm long. Two catch spring small be provided to shutters as direc ted by engineer-in-charge. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss Frech Polish with lacquer finigh.

SOFA SET 05 SEATER WITH CUSHION (DRG NO. FD-1113)

All size, shapes and dimensions shall be as specified on the drawings. It is 1730 mm long, 745 mm wide, 530 mm height, Irrespective of what is shown on drawings all timber work shall be in first class hard wood (teak wood) well seasoned. All joints and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship/specifications respectively. The Cushion shall be high density of 32 sleepwell/'U' foam, 100 mm thick duly covered with best quality of tapestory cloth, cost not less than Rs. 200/- per sqm. colour, shade and quality shall be approved by GE. All exposed wooden teak wood veneered surfaces shall be french polished to give glossy appeance.Rest all as specified dand shown on drawings

TABLE CENTRE (DRG NO. FD-274)

All timber work shall be first class hard (Teak Wood) well seasoned. All dimension shape and size shall be as per drawing. Table top shall be made with 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade with teak veneer shade and standard PVC edging alround the top of the table. The particle board shall be of Make "NOVAPAN AND ARCHID LAM respectively as approved by GE. All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be french polished except bottoms to table top and bottom of leg and PVC toes shall be provided to the bottom of legs. Rest all as per specified and shown of drawings.
