Removing the outlived Insulating teflon sheets from the existing copper tubes of Split type Air conditioners, S&F the same on copper tubes from inner unit to outer unit complete all as specified and directed.
S&F in replacement copper condensor coil for outdoor unit of 1.5/2.0 TR AC of existing make
Servicing of water cooler storage capacity 80/120 ltr and cooling capacity 40/60 Ltr per hour any make by opening, cleaning of water tank, cooling coil and condensers including complete body with brush, air blower, oiling/greasing fan motor rectification of loose electric connections and replacement of unserviceable drain pipe etc complete all as directed Note : Replacement of spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

Removing the existing defective / short circuited hermetically sealed compressor unit from water cooler and replacement of the same with company rewound sealed compressor unit of appropiate make / model for water cooler 40/80 ltrs.
Removing the existing defective / short circuited hermetically sealed compressor unit from water cooler and replacement of the same with company rewound sealed compressor unit of appropiate make / model for water cooler 180 ltrs.
Servicing, maintenance and repairs to Refrigerator / Deep Freezer of capacity up to 310 Ltrs of any make and model including periodical cleaning to condenser coil and compresser, Replacement of defective spares will be measured and paid separately under relevant items as under complete all as specified and directed .
