Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, including removing of demolished material from work site to at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D 2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for footpath tiles of size 300 x 300 mm and 8-10mm thick of any colour and laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and joited with grey cement slurry and joints shall be filled with white cement mixed to match the shade of the tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note : Screed bed to be measured and paid separately.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of 60 mm thickness in any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-40 Grade fix with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning under interlocking paver blocks including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for PCC 1:2:4 type B2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 50 mm thick as in floors/hard standing etc laid in alternate panel and finished the cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Flooring shall be laid in alternate panel.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from walls, any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys,scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces and finished the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint camouflage pattern over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching of surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for continuous brick edging with old sized bricks with width equal to the length of the brick, of well burnt bricks, laid dry on edge and pointed in cement mortar 1:6 for drains or in any other situation and without any sand cushioning etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast RCC (1:2:4), nominal mix, Type B-1 uising 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab of drain etc set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia as in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required incl cracking bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with using sub class 'B' old size bricks, laid flat on sloped sides of drains or in any other situation pointed in cement mortar 1:6 without any bedding surface and flush pointing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing old epoxy marking and providing and laying 5mm thick epoxy flooring including marking of lines, arrows suitable for epoxy flooring as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel upto 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for framed work/ omamental as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars, barred iron door, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Mild steel Angles, bars, flats etc, as in supports for stiffening of fencing post struts, wall ties, hold fasts, clamps and similar small articles confirming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 including dismantling of MS steel complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) length of neck n.ecx 15mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n.exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing MS galvanised in any shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling of fencing post including necessary exc, removing of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia, and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Mild steel bolts of dia n exc 12mm, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screw both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 30cm long including drilling hole in iron post complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement mix with pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete laid over and including 15 mm thick rendering of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel pain black iron sheet 1 mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up mitred angles etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregte) as in sub base or mass concreting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregte) as in sub base or mass concreting complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of existing sliding door operated by mechanical means by welding /removal of broken steel pieces and weld the new members /oiling /greaseing / pintal higes repair or any other suitable fitting /fixture required to make the door moveable of size exc 40 sqm but n.exc 80 sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Any steel members used for welding shall be paid seprately and if any damages occurs to electric motor fitted with the door to be repaired by contractor without any extra cost.

Repair of existing sliding door operated by maunal means by welding /removal of ti and weld the new members /oiling /greaseing / pintal higes repair or any other suitable fitting /fixture required to make the door to moveable of size exc 40 sqm but n.exc 80 sqm. . Note: (i) Any steel members used for welding shall be paid seprately. (ii) Rate for changing of pully/wheel of any size fixed in the door or bigger size pully/wheel required to be changed as per site requirement shall be deemed to be included in this item.

M&L for high strength epoxy concrete (FOSROC - Expocrete EC) filling for area prepared by cutting manualy or mechanicaly/ cleaning/ drying by blower, epoxy concrete prepared by mixing of prepacked Expocrete EC having base (B), Hardner (H), fine filler (FF) with 6 - 10mm graded stone aggregate (CA) at site in the specified proportion by weight (B : H : FF : CA - 4.537 : 2.145 : 20.818 : 30) as per manufacturer's instructions . The epoxy concrete shall be applied to prepared and primed surface within 30 minutes of mixing, finished with a steel trowel to fair and even surface complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old treated horizontal concrete or bituminous roads, pavments surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth with wire brushes etc. and painting lines, dashes, strips, circles and other markings with one coat of water thinable/ matt finished road marking paint white/ orange/ yellow/ black or any other colour as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. Make : Apcotrack manufactured by Asian paints/ Gulde line of Berger or equivalent make as approved by GE. Note : Runway paint to be carried out on the same surface at a interval of 03 to 04 month/ as and when required by user.

M&L for painting lines on road with hot applied thermoplastic compound paint exc 10 cm wide and n exc 15 cm wide with confirimg to MORTH specifications mechanically applied to form a 1.5 mm thick film with reflective glass powder on road surface including cleaning and drying the existing road surface to ensure dust oil, grease and moisture free surface before appling the paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for racking of joint/removing old sealing compound, dirt from construction/dummy joint 10mm wide and 28 mm deep, cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter, filling the joint with closed cell ,medium density cross linked polyethene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints priming top with specified primer suitable for polyurathene sealing compound and filling polyurathene sealent including using marking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealent on top surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for racking of joint/removing old sealing compound, dirt from expansion joint 20mm wide and 40 mm deep, cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter, filling the joint with closed cell, medium density cross linked polyethene foam backup rod of 25 mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints priming top with specified primer suitable for polyurathene sealing compound and filling polyurathene sealent including using masking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealent on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provn of 600mm dia punched tape concertina coil fixed in repairs all as specifed and as directed.
