SPECIAL REPAIRS TO DIVING POOL CHANGING ROOM BALANCING TANK OF SWIMMING POOL UNDER GE MIS MHOW

M&L for preparing structural soundness report by performing following Test :- (i) Visual inspection and record of photography - 30Nos Pics (ii) Ultrasonic pulse velocity test for RCC structure in accordance with IS:13311 Part-1 1992 by portable ultrasonic non destructive digital test equipment including chipping out plaster.- 12Nos. (iii) Rebound hammer test :- Rebound hammer test in accordance with IS:13311 Part-2 1992 by non destructive digital test equipment min- 48 Nos (iv) To check & confirm present status of structure on basis on NDT results , visual inspection. & To provide recommendation for structrue repairs. (v) To Preparing Structure soundness report etc.-3 Set (vi) The work to be carriedout by NABL approved Lab.

M&L for 20 to 25mm thick chipping and removing of loose concrete (weak concrete) with power driven pressure type pnuematic chisel of standard pnuematic make to reach sound concrete and to completely exposing the existing reinforcement, for any height (including necessary scaffolding and necessary arrangements for temporary support to existing structure,jet wasing & cleaning of of exposed surface) strictly as per the requirement of repair material and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 40 to 50mm thick chipping and removing of loose concrete (weak concrete) with power driven pressure type pnuematic chisel of standard pnuematic make to reach sound concrete and to completely exposing the existing reinforcement, for any height (including necessary scaffolding and necessary arrangements for temporary support to existing structure,jet wasing & cleaning of of exposed surface) strictly as per the requirement of repair material and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Removing of rust from existing steel surfaces with rust removers of SIKA Rustoff100/Rebaklens/Asian of Fosroc or eqvivalant applied in two coats as per manufacturer instructions Min @ 0.15 kg/sqm per coat and cleaning all rust with steel wire brush and washed with water as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- 1.The work will be carried out by authorized aplicater of SIKA/Fosroc/Asian/Dr.Fixit as approved by GE. 2. The work will carried out on any type of concrete strucure i.e. Diving Pool,Swimming pool incl column,Beams,Slabs & walls. 3.The necessary scafolding will be deemend to incl in the rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for application of anti corrosive coating to Reinforcement by applying zinc rich epoxy based protective coating on the exposed reinforcement after proper mixing applied min @ 0.25 kg/sqm of steel surface complete as per manufacturers specification and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : SIKA Rustop/friazinc/FerroGard®-950, Fosroc: Nitozinc /Nitocoat/Asian Paints or equivalent as approved by GE. Note :- 1.Application of the products shall be by manufacturer’s authorized applicator and as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed. 2. The work will carried out on any type of concrete strucure i.e. Diving Pool,Swimming pool incl column,Beams,Slabs & walls hence necessary arrengements for scafolding, T&P shall deemed to be incl in rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for providing L-shaped shear connector with rebar of 10mm dia and average 150mm long to 25 to 40 mm projection @ 1 no per sqm of Surface area of Beam/Column/Slab etc complete including drilling upto required depth, fixing it with required chemical Hilti HY-200 or equvalant. Make : Hilti HY-200 or fissure of equvalent grade as approved by GE. Note :- 1.Application of the products shall be done by manufacturer’s authorized applicator and as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed. 2. The work will carried out on any type of concrete strucure i.e. Diving Pool,Swimming pool incl column,Beams,Slabs & walls hence necessary arrengements for scafolding, T&P shall deemed to be incl in rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for appication of Epoxy resin bonding agent for concrete surface min @ 0.5 kg/sqm with Nitobond EP of Fosroc or Sikadur 32 LP of Sika complete as per manufacturers specification or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : SIKA Sikadur 32 LP IN, Fosroc Nitobound EP/Asian Paint or equivalent as approved by GE. Note :- 1.Application of the products shall be by manufacturer’s authorized applicator and as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed. 2. The work will carried out on any type of concrete strucure i.e. Diving Pool,Swimming pool incl column,Beams,Slabs & walls hence necessary arrengements for scafolding, T&P shall deemed to be incl in rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L injection grouting of low viscosity epoxy grout with Sikadur 52 or 53 (Make : SIKA/ BASF) including drilling hole @ 50 cm centre to centre (approx) of required dia in RCC slab,beam,walls and column with power drill and fixing metalic/pvc NRV packer Min 100mm or upto required depth grouting shall be done with mechanical pressure pump of pressure 8 to 10 Kg / Sq Cm. (Note: Paymment shall be made on basis of net weight of epoxy grout injected.) Make : Sika :Sikadur 52 & 53,Fosroc: Conbextra EP10 or equivalent as approved by GE Note :- 1.Application of the products shall be by manufacturer’s authorized applicator and as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed. 2. The work will carried out on any type of concrete strucure i.e. Diving Pool,Balancing Tank,Swimming pool incl column,Beams,Slabs & walls hence necessary arrengements for scafolding for desired height,depth,and T&P shall deemed to be incl in rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for non shrinkable factory designed pourable high performance micro concrete of M40 grade (using polymer enriched cement compresive strength >65N/mm2 and 8-10mm agregate as per manufacturer design) for micro concreting and jacketing applications of RCC walles,columns, beams, and concrete slab etc repairs. Make : UltraTech MICROKRETE is a polymer enriched cement/Sika :SikaRep Microcrete/ Fosroc:Micro concrete or equivalent as approved by GE. Note :- 1.Application of the products shall be by manufacturer’s authorized applicator and as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed. 2. The work will carried out on any type of concrete strucure i.e. Balancing Tank,Diving Pool,Swimming pool incl column,Beams,Slabs & walls hence necessary arrengements for scafolding, T&P shall deemed to be incl in rate quoted by the contractor. 3.Min Cment content shall be as per IS/Manufacturer instructions.

M&L 25 mm thick shotcreting by mechanical means in RCC column, beam and soffit of RCC slab with approved M-25 Design mix ( using 10mm and below graded stone aggregate )using polypropelene macrofibre 6mm long & upto 6mtr hieght from floor level, including all necessary scaffolding and props required to support the slab at required spacing up to the required height , machinery required, minimum pressure of shotcrete at nozzle shal not be less than 40 PSI and finished to uniform thickness with straight edge also including GI wiremesh weight not less then 2.4 Kg /Sqm and fixed to shear connectors with MS wire including making all necessary arengment for covering of walls & floors with PVC sheet / tarpaulin to protect the surface from any damage due to shotcreting alongwith suitable ply board plateform at a height of 3 to 4 m above floor level including all necessary support wooden prpos and suitable frame work to support the plateform etc complete all as specified and directed.
