The successful bidder shall fix lights on street light poles with clamps, wire, and accessories. Skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labour engaged in the work shall be entitled to receive minimum wages, 13% EPF, 3.25% ESI, etc. Therefore, the bidder must include all kinds of costs, including transportation charges, loading and unloading charges, etc., while quoting the tender premium rate.
