Tender for the Painting Work in GAIL Vihar Township in Jaipur.

Finishing external walls with Acrylic Smooth apex exterior dust proof paint of required shade(min. 2 coats) for external areas like BOUNDARY WALL, GAIL Vihar buildings etc. including primer coat of exterior primer applied on existing paint surface. Approved brand: Asian Paint, Berger Paint, Nerolac ASIAN APEX ULTIMA OR EQUIVALENT Painting will be done after making the surface clean by rubbing , cleaning etc. as a new surface as per directions of EIC.

Painting with plastic emulsion paint(min. 2 coats) including primer coat of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer’s specification two or more coats on existing work (For B, C & D Block common areas like stair cases , passages, Parking area, common area, staircase, utility rooms etc.) Approved brand: Asian Paint, Berger Paint, Nerolac Type: Asian tractor emulsion or equivalent

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint (min. 2 coats)of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade(excluding primer):two or more coats on old work (Wherever required). Approved brand: Asian Paint, Berger Paint, Nerolac Type: Asian apcoilite premium or equivalent

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system with Bamboos or higher system like MS on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2)Check SCC clause no. 28 for measurement details.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Same shall be paid as per actual applied.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper/acrylic paint, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. Same shall include opening and closing bird nets properly wherever there is bird net i.e. restoring the birdnet in original position.

Providing and applying water proofing in 3 layers for minor areas as per procedure of aproved brands. MAKE: ASIAN DAMP PROOF OR EQUIVALENT

Providing and fixing 18mm thick [(+)(-)2mm variation] Granite gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut on parapet walls with moulding/rounding at edges etc all included as per directions of EIC.

Repair work with plaster 16mm-20mm as per requiremnt to match the surface wherever required as per directions of EIC
