Material and labour for complete removal of old paint by hot air Gun Machine, any number of coats and prepare the surface by scrapping with mechanical means till the surface become smooth, any width or girth on old wooden surfaces over 10cm width and girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of pink primer all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old wooden surfaces by removing old paint/ polish by hot air Gun Machine, any number of coats and prepare the surface by scrapping with mechanical means till the surface become smooth, any width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying resin pigment and hardener to design, colour and pattern, applying two coats of melamine polish with poly urethyne coating to wall panelling surfaces/ wooden surfaces using spray gun etc till fine glossy filnish is obtained including filling cracks and holes with filler material as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and disposal of rubbish at location as directed. NOTE :- The cost of removal of material is deemed to be included in quoted rate and nothing shall be admissible on this account.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ceiling / boarding of any description, fixed in any position with nails all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for poly vinyl chloride (PVC) false ceiling panel of size 1' x 10' long 7 to 8 mm thick with GI channel and concealed fixing arrangements to roof including necessary fixing arrangements complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix false ceiling with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, non combustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized @ 120grams per sqm including both sides comprising of maint T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm, cross -T of size 15 x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross T- of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @80grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fastners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000mm length and L-shape level adjusting of size 85x 25x 2mm, galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x 0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs of 450mm centre to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws, the work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge with fully perforated 12 mm thick tegular edged or 10mm thick square edged GRG false ceiling tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar rendering, bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and disposal of rubbish at location as directed by Engineer in charge. Material and labour for light shade granite 18 to 20mm thick of colour crema/beige or equivalent machine cut, as in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for light shade Granite 18 to 20mm thick of colour crema/beige or equivalent work (table rubbed and polished) in leather finish granite for top surface of steps tread, skid surface etc and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for light shade Granite 18 to 20mm thick of colour crema/beige or equivalent on vertical surfaces 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete, (1:4:8), type D 2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub bases all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 300mm x 300mm x 10mm thick Grip series outdoor tiles as in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rough dressed Shahabad stone slab flooring, 30 mm thick, including bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other frames/ chowkats of size 50 x 100mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic addivitives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750Kg/ Cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200N (face) & 1100 N(edge), minimum compressive strength of 58N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class 'A' category with property of being termite/borer proof, water / moisture proof, fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (MS hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). NOTE :- For solid door/window/frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable.
