Schedule "A" Part - VIII: Miscellaneous Items for Sch "A" Parts - IV to VII are not prepriced by MES and prepriced rate indicated as 0.00 under Col.5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green colour filled under Col-6.

S&F foot valve conforming to IS 4038, 150 mm (6") dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl. Item No. 10 above but 80 mm (3") dia.

Supply, installtion, testing and commisioning of analog addressable type active loop repeater (Loop power / external power) fire terminal, backlit LCD display 6 x 40 characters display having controls for reset, mute, accept, silence alarms and self test, with programmable free keys and duly approved by UL / FM complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying and laying of 2 x 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC Sheathed FRLS armoured copper cable in the existing surface / recessed conduit with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying 20 mm dia steel conduit, 2 mm thick concealed in wall / column / roof slab of the building and including necessary accessories and 18 swg GI wire for fire alarm wiring complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl. Item No. 14 above but 25 mm dia.

Supply, installation,testing & commissioning of ABC type fire extinguishers of 6 kg capacity including cost of all material & labour etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation,testing & commissioning of mechanical foam type 9 litre capacity fire extinguisher, ISI marked, IS: 10204, containing 540 ml AFFF liquid ISI marked, IS: 4989 Part II and a polyurethane coated CO2 gas cartridge, ISI marked, IS: 4947 complete with gunmetal union cap, nylon hose with plastic foam making branch and wall mounting bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down any type light fitting in walls roof and same fitting refixing in new location and necessary material complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing road / PCC / drain of suitable size for laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the exisitng surface with PCC 1:3:6 type CI using 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, erection, testing and commissioning of automatic fire pump control panel for the main fire hydrant pump, stand by electric motor driven pump, and jockey pump totally enclosed cubicle type free standing, floor mounted, compartmentalised, sectionalised, dust, damp and vermin proof with suitable natural ventilation arrangement, front and rear accessible, lockable power cum control panel, fabricated from 1.6 / 2 mm thick MS sheet (to give IP 54 protection) spray painted with approved colour shade, heavy 4 strip sleeved aluminium / aluminium alloy bus bar, bus bar supports, interconnecting from busbars to outgoing switches / MCCBs and including earthing the board suitable to accomodate the following including numbering etc., as required for cubical panel as described above with following:

(iv) CT Ratio 250 : 5 = 3 nos (v) 50 A TP MCCB with neutral link 100 KA 415 V = 1 No. (vi) On / Off indicating Lamp = 1 set. (vii) Suitable fully automatic star delta starter for motor = 1 no.( for jokey pump180 LPM) (viii) Diesel Engine Driven Fire Pump control set with LLOP, HWT automatic trip battery unit of suitable rating operating at 24/12 V DC, complete with necessary boost / trickle charging arrangements I/c providing and fixing necessary control system component such as timer, relays & contactors I/c DC meter etc as required for engine driven pump.
