Dismantling of bricks (laid flat or on edge ) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs aprons etc

Demolition of mud, limes in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping ( whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof).

Removing of surplus excavated/demolised materials to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5. Km and deposited where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L cutting crack to 'V' groove section in existing roof cleaning out wetting grouting with cement and sand slurry of 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, RCC chajjas, roof padding over roof slab for making slope on roof top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment on roof slab consisting with following operation (i) Existing surface shall be cleaned of all dust, fungus, moss and other foreign material etc by using wire brushes and dusting. (ii) Applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm of the surface area. (iii) M&L for applying a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 confirming to IS 702 over primed surface of roof slab @ 1.20 Kg / Sqm complete all as specified and directed. (iv) Laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non-woven polyster matt at core and under surface coated with plastic polythene film. Laying shall be done using butane torch maintaining 100mm i.e overlap & 150mm end overlap, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions & corners. The membrane shall be tucked into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar. The treatment shall be provided upto 200mm height above finished floor. (v) The Membrane shall have tensile strength of 700N/5cm in longitudinal direction and 450N/5cm in transverse direction at 23 degree celcious, Flow resistance > 120 degree celcious dimensional stability, <0.5% when fested as per ASTM D 5147. The laying of the membrane shall be done through authorized applicator of the manufacturers".

M&L for 10 mm thick Cement plaster in CM 1:4 on roof surfaces mixed with WPC complete all as specified and dierected. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L 40 mm thck brick tiles laid on water proofing membranes and jonted flush pointed in CM 1:3 with 5% of crude oil incl bedding in cement in CM 1:6, 15 mm thick complete all as specified and directed

All as item No 9 above but except brick tiles.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres with RCC beam fixed over roof for staging of tank complete.

M & L for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of 1000 litres capacity, ISI marked, hoisted and fixed in position including connecting up pipes complete.

S & F in repair 20 mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves,with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete.

S & F ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic wall, screwed for iron pipe and fixed for 20 mm bore size (Minimum weight 210gms), complete.

M& L for Disconnecting existing tanks, capacity exc 250 & n exc 500litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. complete.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 20 mm bore complete.

S & F Steel water tubes, medium grade, ISI marked, galvanised, 20 mm bore with all fittings, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete.

-ditti- as per item ser No 17 but except water tubes.

Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar complete.

M & L Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:1-1/2:3 type A0 using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate of thickness exceeding 15mm and not exceeding 25mm in repairs of RCC beams, roof and chajjas including setting coat 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 and necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 , surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new surfaces of wall and applying two coat of Exterior emulsion paint (Apex/Weather coat) white or tinted over priming the surface with alkali resistance priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete.

M&L preparation old decorated surface of walls finishes any type by vigorously wire brushing, brooming dusting & finally washing with water to clear the surface absolutely free from any kind of existing finishes & foreign mtrls making good minor cracks etc and applying 1mm thick wall care putty on the surface with uniform thickness making surface absolutely smooth & applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (Apex/weather coat) white or tinted over priming the surface with al-kali resistance priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of white wash complete.

Demolition and breaking up (salt glazed ware, AC, PVC) drain pipes of any dia set in cement mortar complete.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls 110 mm bore complete.

S & F PVC (SWR) bends any radius, 110 mm bore, complete.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area n exc 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 over brick or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated anodized aluminum glazed and guazed windows side hung type using 1.56mm thick aluminium section having frame of size 101.60 x 44.45mm, styles & rails section of size 44.45 x 44.45mm of Make - Jindal/Hindalco including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading screws, anodized aluminium fittings such as 02 Nos 75mm long aluminium snap beading screws, aanodized alouminium fittings such as 02 Nos 75 mm long aluminium hinges C-21 type, 01 no 150mm long aluminium tower bolt and 01 nos 100mm aluminium handle including glazed with 5mm thick tinted glass (Make: Modi Guard/Saint Gobain) and stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium glazed ventilator 1.50mm thick aluminium section having frame of size 62.50 x 44.45mm, Make - Jindal/Hindalco including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading screws, including glazed with 5mm thick tinted glass (Make: Modi Guard/Saint Gobain) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed .
