Dismantling timber in fillets, rails, posts, rafters,purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position, unframed work

M & L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of walls and applying one coats of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Second class hard-wood in scantlings, clean sawn timber unframed and fixed.

M&L second class soft wood plain fillets.square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, sectional area exc 6 sq cm and n exc 13 sq cm secured with nails

M&L for 4 mm thick plywood, (3 Nos of ply)grade BWR, type BB, fixed with nails to timber framework in ceiling.

M&L for prepration of new wooden surfaces exc.10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Camouflage pattern) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh (Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately).

S & F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified

S & F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. all as directed.including taking down fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets,lamp holders etc.

M&L for point wiring with two runs of FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 V grade cable multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm drawing through in and including PVC Conduit of size not less than 20mm on surface of wall including provn of PVC box/modular metal flush box of suitable size for mounting switch, socket and regulator along with earth wire of PVC insulated, unseathed, 1100 V grade cable multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm all as specified and directed.One light/fan/call bell point controlled by one switch one way 5 Amps

M&L for replacement of sub main wiring with two single core stranded copper conductor unsheathed PVC insulated cable 1100V grade, 6 sq mm FRLSH drawn through suitable size of non-metallic PVC rigid conduit with 6 sqmm copper conductor cable as earth conductor of 6.0 sq mm FRLSH and conduit accessories fixed up in surface including connecting up complete including taking down old unserviceable submain wiring all as specified and directed. Note :Two Run of PVC wire and one run of earth wire one run of conduit will be measured as one length.

M&L for replacement of submain wiring alongwith earth wire with 4x10.0 sq. mm +1x10.0 sq. mm earth wire sq mm sizes of FRLS for is PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in existing /surface/recessed as required in PVC Conduit including taking down old unserviceable submain wiring. Note :Four Run of PVC wire and one run of earth wire one run of conduit will be measured as one length.

Taking down Exhaust fan of any size type and make after disconnecting the electrical connections ,cleaning, servicing , greasing removing and replacing all the unserviceable spare ,painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint by means of suitable spray gun after cleaning and prepairing the suface including writing the MES No. ,fixing the same back to the original location all as directed. Note for item No. 33 to 36 : (i) All the replaced spare for unserviceable spares will be measured and paid separately (ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of painting and minor spares such as split pin , screws washers etc.

Supply and fix ball bearing suitable for exhaust fans 300/450/600 mm dia sweep.

Supply and fix Capacitor 4.0 mfd for exhaust fans.

Supply and fix gun metal bush suitable for ceiling fans of 1200/1400/1500 mm sweep.

Supply and fix twin core flexible wire 1.0 Sqmm for connecting up ceiling fans, exhaust fans/wall mounting fan etc.

Taking down old burnt out copper winding wire from exhaust fan of any sweep and rewinding by using the same gauge of copper wire super enameled including heating and varnishing,cleaning, servicing,greasing and refixing at site and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified & directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and conmmon salt filling in alternate layers connected to and including GI earth wire 4.0 mm dia upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, and protected by light grade 20 mm dia and connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick with 10mm dia reinforcement 100mm c/c and PCC chamber pit with P C C 1:2:4 Type C2 (including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and testing after completion including dismantling of old unserviceable earthing all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009

Repair / servicing including trouble shooting /repair of geyser 25 to 50Ltrs capacity checking of serviceability of individual parts such as thermostat, heating element, pressure release valve, inlet/outlet connections etc, replacing worn-out fasteners and defective components and testing including taking down the geysers and refixing the same after repairs. Note : Spare parts including replacement will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. Rate quoted shall include replacement of worn-out fasteners.

Supply and fix heater coil of geyser all 1.5 KW as per existing make / model / size conforming to relevant IS.

All as per item No -53 above but 2.0 KW

Supply and fix thermostat for any type /make/capacity of geyser .

Supply and fix PVC flexible connection of 15 mm dia 600 mm long with check with new one suitable for cold/hot water connection of geysers

Supply and fix Indicator Lamp of RED / GREEN Suitable for Water Heater

S&F in replacement, sheet metal enclosure distribution box suitable for MCB'S 8 way SPN with 200 Amps rated bus bar , 240 volts with 200 Amps rated bus bar double door complete including connecting up all as specified and making good distrubed surface.
