Dismantling of existing unserviceable HT Over Head line aluminium conductor and earth wire, steel reinforced ACSR conductors of any size/ type/capacity from existing overhead lines on HT lattice towers/steel tubular poles/PCC poles (of any height) complete including PVC spacers, PG clamps by unwinding the binding wire from insulators including disconnecting from the existing system complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing unserviceable GI earthing wire, guard or cradles of any size from existing HT pole, including disconnecting from existing system complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling MS work such as cross arms channel, MS clamp, angle section etc. complete and setting aside for re-use within 500m including as per site requirement any size and shape, nuts, bolts, washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable insulators of any type, any size including MS spindle GI washers nuts etc on HT Poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing unserviceable stay assembly and concrete etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Demolition of concrete and excavation of stay assembly shall be included in this item.

Dismantling existing PCC HT Pole 11 metre long complete all as specified & as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation or for shafts, walls, manholes, laying cables, pipes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 7.00 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5m and not exc 3m complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations of poles, filling, mass concrete and similar works, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Volume of pole/strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, pedestal of old & new poles and the like including use and waste of form work (straight or curved), all exposed surface of concrete finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Volume of pole/strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 Volt (Earthed) grade of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc and fixing with & including suitable size clamps made out of aluminium strip of size 25x3mm, circuit indicating tags made out of GI sheet 16 gauge of size 10cm x 5cm fixed along the route of cable at a distance of 30 metre and at turning points complete all as specified & directed. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying factory made, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI marked, Class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid as cable protection cover in trenches, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 80mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilled holes for bolts, in any shape or size with & including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of steel sections shall be as directed. (ii) Un-exposed steel surface shall be given one coat of red oxide zinc chrome priper and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

S&F Danger notice plate of 25x20cm size, 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour for HT 11000 Volts and fixed with suitable MS clamps made out of flat iron 25x3mm, bolts and nuts of approved size, fixed complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Pre-stressed concrete pole 11 metre long of cross section 152mm x 152mm at the top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9, complying with requirements of IS-1678-1998 with & including two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.5 metre height from PCC coping/pedestal and marking pole number in letters & figures of size not less than 8cm height, complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- PCC in foundation & coping required for erecting new pole shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F Anti-climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS flat 40x6mm in two part with 14 Nos, 250mm long 12mm dia spikes made to shape conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole, with & including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified & directed.
