Dismantling and taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wring (light, fan bell,socket, power) complete fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, lamp holder, light fittings etc including CI/ pressed steel terminals, switch box etc removing materials from site, and making good disturbed surface of wall floor etc. to match with the existing surfaces of wall/ floor complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light/fan point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LS) unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC (FR-LS) insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC conduit provided in concealed manner incl chasing and sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet 1.25mm thick for mounting of fittings like switch, socket and fan regulator with 3mm thick hylum laminated/bakalite sheet cover after and making good the distrubed surfaces as per the existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: Each point wiring includes 1 live wire, 1 neutral wire and 1 earth wire.

All as per item No 2.00 here-in-before but bell point with 1.5 sqmm cable complete as specified and directed.

Taking down Submain wiring any size from wall/ board including cutting chasing and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified.

M & L for sub-main wiring with PVC insulated & unsheathed two run of 2.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLS), 1100 Volt grade alongwith one run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLS), 1100 Volt grade, connected to common earth dolly as earth continuity conductor, including PVC conduit provided in concealed manner complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Two runs of 2.5 Sqmm and one run of 2.5 Sqmm cable shall measured as one length.

M & L for sub-main wiring with PVC insulated & unsheathed two run of 4 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLS), 1100 Volt grade alongwith one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLS), 1100 Volt grade, connected to common earth dolly as earth continuity conductor, including PVC conduit provided in concealed manner complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Two runs of 4 Sqmm and one run of 4 Sqmm cable shall measured as one length.

M & L for sub-main wiring (Concealed type) for main DB's to Sub DB's with PVC insulated & unsheathed two run of 6 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLS), 1100 Volt grade alongwith one run of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLS), 1100 Volt grade, connected to common earth dolly as earth continuity conductor, including PVC conduit provided in concealed manner incl chasing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Two runs of 6 Sqmm and one run of 6 Sqmm cable shall measured as one length.

Supply and fixing in replacement switch flush type 6 amps 230 volt single pole one way complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement bell push flush type 5 Amps complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix socket outlet 5 pin, 6 Amps, 230 volt flush type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement switch socket combination multipurpose 2 in 1,5 pin 6 amps 230 volt flush type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement 6/16 Amp switch socket combination multipurpose 2 in 1,5 pin, 230 volt flush type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix ceiling rose surface bakelite three terminal 65 x 50mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement bell ding dong AC 230 volts, single pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement eletronics fan regulator stepped, socket type AC 240 volt 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement surface & wall mounted LED batten with PVC housing and robust construction fitting 1x20 Watts including Electronic circuit and 1 x20 Watt LED lamp, pre-wired including necessary electric connection from ceiling rose to light fitting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 9/10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement LED bulb 9 watt, 240 volts complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement LED light fitting 1x9W/1X10W bulkhead luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size.

Supply and fix in replacement Batten/angle holder PVC / Poly carbonate with back plate suitable for batten.

Supply and fixing as in replacement MCB DB SPN 8 ways double door including bus bar neutral link, earth bar and din rail, recessed with wall surfaces by chase cutting and making good surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. .

Supply and fixing as in replacement MCB DB TPN 4 ways double door including bus bar neutral link, earth bar and din rail, recessed with wall surfaces by chase cutting and making good surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge .

S&F in replacement MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA 'C' Series,240 V all as specified.

S&F MCB SPN 40 to 63 Amps 10 KA , 'C' Series 240 V all as specified .

S&F MCB TPN 63 to 100 Amps 10 KA 'C' Series 415 Volts all as specified .

Supply & Fix in replacement Condensor of 2.5 MFD, 440 Volt AC , conforming to IS - 1709 for ceiling fans.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground and earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below NGL and top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr deep below NGL surrrounded with adequate qty of char coal dus tmixed with salt to a packed thickness not less than 15 Cm on all sides of earth plate including excavation, earth work returning filling in , removal of surplus soil to a distance in n.exc. 50 mtr GI wire 4mm dia nut bolts etc to earth plate one end connected to continuous earth wire incl GI pipe watering light grade with CI funnel and wire mesh and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 duly re-enforced with MS bar 6mm dia @ 150mm C/C both way with 10 mm dia lifting handles, all as described in electric plate No. 3 of SSR part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Attending day to day complaints lodged by the occupants/users of electric nature & rectification of the fault as per the complaint lodged by the user in respect of failure /breakdown for light/fan/bell/light or power socket etc complete repairs to the extent by removing connections from the system removing faults in wires, battens, conduit, sunken boxes, junction boxes, main switches, MCBs/DBs utility light fitting, lamp holders ceiling/ Exhaust fans and other type of complaints connected to fittings & fixtures of the internal electrification including providing of petty stores such as wires of appropriate size and conductor matching to existing one upto the length of 1 mtr including insulation tape, screws , nuts as required to rectify the fault with regard to the complaint lodged and refixing of fittings, fixtures to their position as dismantled and replacement of unserviceable items if required. Replaced items to be paid under respective items as required complete all as directed at site to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge/users. Note :- (a) No light ,breakdown, repair/ replacement of switch/socket, fan, regulator , replacing burnt/ damaged wiring , replacement of burnt MCBs and main switch, voltage fluctuation, current leakage and replacement of light fittings etc will be attended within 8 Hrs as urgent nature. (b) The complaints will be attended by electricians & respective helpers each day without any delay. (c) The complaints will be taken from complaint cell of RV substation everyday and complaint slip shall be returned to the same after resolving complaints . (d) All necessary tools & plants i.e. multimeter, tong tester, spanner set, wrench, screw driver set, combination plier, testing lamp set, drilling machine, bamboo ladder, blower/ vaccum cleaner, crimping tool, cutting and chasing tool, insulation megger etc shall be provided by contractor to electrician at his own cost. (e) Any accident/ mishappening if occur during the execution of work shall be the responsibility of Contractor. (f) Complaint register and complaint slip shall be provided by the contractor and the cost is deemed to be included in unit rate (g) Cost of material for replacement of new items shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch A against supply only here-in-after.

Supply only in replacement switch piano flush button type, 6 Amp one way, 240 Volt, single pole , ISI marked conforming to IS 3854 style double colour series with cover plate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement socket out let, 2 in 1, 5 pin, 6 Amp, 240 Volt AC, flush type, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement switch socket combination multipurpose 5 in 1, 6 pin, 6 and 16 Amp, 240 Volt AC, style duoble colour series" with cover plate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement surface & wall mounted LED batten with PVC housing and robust construction fitting 1x20 Watts including Electronic circuit and 1 x20 Watt LED lamp, pre-wired including necessary electric connection from ceiling rose to light fitting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED Bldg security light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.
