Supply and replacement of totally enclosed fan cooled, squirrel, cage 3 phase induction motor HE-1 E2 (Cast Iron) fan Motor (Long shaft) of 5.5 KW 750 rpm 440 Volts, 50 Hz i/c dismantling of old burnt motor & installation of new at its place along with accessories like nut bolts, angle frame i/c but back of old motor etc complete as required.

Cleaning all Supply Air Ducts internally by NADCA Certified agency only with skilled personnel with specialized latest Robotic Technology equipment and Vacuum machines. A robotic camera to be used for inspection and or cleaning. contractor has to provide access in duct opening for present and future cleaning requirement and sealing the same after cleaning to avoid air leakage. The contractor shall give copy of the video footage in CD before and after cleaning of ducts. Upon completion a cleaning certificate will be issued within 10-15 days, valid for 12 months. Cleaning Certificate will be issue and signed by ASCS (Air System Cleaning Specialist) & OSHA certified Complete work will be supervised & signed the daily report BY NADCA certified ASCS only on DAILY Basis.

Providing access in duct opening for present and future cleaning requirement and sealing the same after cleaning to avoid air leakage as per NADCA standard.

Must comply : Electrical cable IS 694 or IS 9968 temperature sensing control IS /International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 60730, hermetic compressor IS 10617, heat exchanger IS 11329, capacitor IS 2993 and motor IS 12615. Complete as per CPWD specification and IS : 1391 Part II 2023. The system shall be able to operate up to 50 0C (out door ambient temperature).
