Note for item no 1.00 to 4.00 above : (a). Tenderer shall visit the site and study the condition for each lifts before quoting. (b). The rates quoted shall be deemed to include for periodical checking / Maint as mentioned in P.S. (c). For the purpose of RAR payment rate will be worked out proportionally for the number of days actually worked but Sunday and holidays shall not be deducted for payment purpose. (d). Contractor shall hand over all the lifts / cranes to AGE E/M-I in serviceable condition after completion contract period. (e). Electricity required for testing of lifts shall be provided free of cost. (f) Replacement of spare will be paid under schedule A part- IV vide supply only rates.

Note : (i) Load/delection test is to be carried out by the contractor's expert rep in the relevant field in presence of the department rep and recording the test and issue necessary certificate . (ii) The load required for the testing and necessary transportation , will be arranged by the contractor at the location of testing for 5 TON capacity EOT crane ERS NAY(G).
