Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media screened, washed and cleaned as described below :- (a) Top layer :- Fine sand screened, cleaned ans washed and graded (effective size 0.2 to 0.4 mm with uniformity co-efficient 2.00 to 3.00) from Pathankot or other approved source. (Item No. 28.51)

Taking out filter media (top to bottom layer) from filter beds, washing & replacing the same after washing in filter beds etc. complete in all respect. (a) Top Layer (Item No. NS)

Providing, Laying,Fixing & Jointing of P . V. C Pipes 6 Kg f/sqm ISI Marked as per ISI- 4985 along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing complete as per specifications.including specials & excavation for pipe line in trenches and pits upto required depth and cover on pipe minimum 1 mtr. with earth etc. complete in all respects. (a) 90 mm o/d (Item No. NS)

Providing house hold water connection laying, jointing, fixing, testing MDPE Pipes (as approved by Engineer-in-charge) including cost of excavation, CI bib cock as per IS : 210 with stainless steel spindle, 20mm i/d MDPE Pipe 2.00 mtr. 15mm i/d GI Pipe 2.50 mtr.(length on average basis) 3" i/d clamp, GM Ferrule ISI marked connection of 15 mm i/d ferrule medium specials such as tees, bends, sockets, elbows, nipples (100 mm & 150 mm) union couplings, GI hooks etc. & C.I bib cock as per IS:210 with stainless steel spindle of approved make, MDPE Pipe lines laid in the ground or inside buildings, cutting, threading, making hole in wall and testing in trenches in the ground all materials should be approved make (to the approval of Engineer-in-charge) Complete Job in all respects including cost of carriage.
