Construction of PWD Inspection Hut at Kralpora

Earth work in bulk excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto1.5 m.

Providing and laying of GSB using nallah material for filling, incl. dressing of surface to required levels and grades. The work includes collection, carriage and staking of nallah GSB from appproved sources, spreading in layers not exceeding 225mm in loose thickness, watering, and compacting with vibratory roller or any suitable means to achieve required compaction level. The finished shall be firm and properly set for futher construction activites, the rate includes mechnical lead upto 15 km and headload upto 50 meters complete work in all respects as per the directions of Engineer in-charge.

Supply and filling of dry stone soling in foundation trenches tightly handpacked with hand ramming, watering and compacting to required density including cost and carriage of all materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 grade (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth level including cost and carriage of all materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level, 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost and carriage of all materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes.

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone from Quarry in foundation and plinth with Bond stone including cost and carriage of all materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts, costs and carriages upto site of work complete job including cost and carriage of all materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes.
