Part -A (Civil works) Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators,ceilings, partitions etc including removal of frame, hinges, fastening and stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead

Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base course and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead .

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep & removing the debris with in 50. m Lead. (per 1 Sqm.) (Data for 9.3 sqm.)

Dismantling & removing 2.5 cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering & removing debris with in 50. m Lead. (per 1 Sqm.) (Data for 9.3 sqm.)

Removing old Tar felt from roof cleaning the surface lowering & removing debris with in 50. m Lead. (per 1 Sqm.) (Data for 9.3 sqm.)

Dismanteling & removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris with in 50. m Lead. (per 1 Cum.)

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) using 40 mm size grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) to the surface of brick masonry wall including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats, bars, etc only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves, beads and drip coarse to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, royalties, cost of labour, scaffolding, staging, watering before plastering and curing, sundries and T&P, etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) to the surfaces of brick masonry wall including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats, bars, etc only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves, beads and drip coarse to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading,royalties, cost of labour, scaffolding, staging, watering before plastering and curing, sundries and T&P, etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar of (1:4) to RCC surfaces such as ceilings of roof slabs, stairs, landings, chajja, shelves, columns, beams and lofts etc. including roughening/ chipping, scraping and cleaning and finishing the plastered surface smooth using wooden floats, bars, etc. only to proper plumbs and level, making grooves, beads and drip coarse to give required ornamental finish as per drawing including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, royalties, cost of all labour, scaffolding, staging, watering before plastering and curing, sundries and T&P, etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
