1. Design, engineering, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of furnace control panel complete with all necessary switches, auxillary and power contactors,measuring instruments, indicating lamps, etc 1.01 Bus Bar Arrangement: 1.02 Metering Control & Indication arrangement. 2. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Fresh Air injection system with buffer compressed air tank. 3. Supply & fixing the Thermocouple. 4. Supply & laying of armored cable from main LT / HT panel to Furnace control panel through cable trench / wall surface. 5. Supply, instaliation, testing and commissioning of complete set of refractory shaped bricks with Refactory work of furnace in both primary and secondary combustion chambers (a) Complete lining & assembling of entire cremation chamber according to standard size with proper arrangement of accommodation of heating elements, resting of dead body with sufficient opening for falling of ashes to the ash chamber and sufficient ventilation for fresh air spraying (b) Complete lining and assembling of entire cremation chamber according to standard size with provision of drawing out ashes from the rear side and sufficient ventilation for fresh air injection (c) Complete lining and assembling of entire cremation chamber according to the standard size with provision of air inlet supplying by fresh air blower and arrangement of multi ventilation path for fresh air injection to the ash chamber and cremation chamber.14. There should be ceramic tile insulation on outer surface furnace to minimise the heat loss through radiation.15. Design, engineering, fabrication, supply, installation testing and commissioning of Venturi with packed wet scrubber and accessories complete including piping as required. 16. Design, engineering, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Mist eliminator with ail accessories complete with connection arrangement of flue gas. 17. Design, engineering, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of induced draft fan impleller made of alloy to withstand temperature rise in continuous duty in surrounding ambience.18. Design, engineering, supply, delivery at site, installation, testing and commissioning of MS self supported chimney. MS ladder, inspection door. Operating platfrom 2 nos, aviation lamp, lightning conductor. 19. Design, engineering, supply, installation ,testing and commissioning of re-circulation water pump motor alongwith necessary pipeline and accessories.
