Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces on wall/ ceilling/ stone/ block etc including racking out joint, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete /block masonary/stone wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 , finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using WPC.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 over brick /stone wall/block wall/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceillng, finished even and smooth all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered walls apply distempering 2 or more coat with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed at any height incuding necessary scaffolding. Note : Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying two coats of distemper oil emultion over one coat of primer paint roller complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed at any height incuding necessary scaffolding over surfaces. Note :- (i) Primer and emulsion application to be carried out through air less spray machine (Only mechanical application allowed except in paint application on bands/chajja/building edges/borders/projections where contrasting color as specified and directed is to be applied). (ii) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application).

Supply only integral water proofing compound

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed at any height incuding necessary scaffolding.

Material and labour for waterproof/weather proof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the new plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

Material and labour for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed at any height incuding necessary scaffolding.

Material and labour for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint after complete removal of existing surface/plastered surfaces.complete all as directed. Make - Nerolac Excel Top guard / Asian Paints Ultima Protek / Berger weather coat long life 10 at any height incuding necessary scaffolding.

Material and labour for preparing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying a coat of distemper oil emulsion on surfaces of walls by roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces of floor and applying one coat of floor guard of approved shed to paver tile,blocks,kerb stone etc .

Material and labour for applying acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over and including one coat of paste with rusting material over one coat of putty (if required) including complete removal of existing surface finish with wire brush and washing complete as per manufacturer instructions and as specified and directed by engineer- in-charge. Note: (i) Paste of rusting material shall be applied as per manufacturers instructions.Make : Asian/Berger or equivalent. (ii) Make of acrylic Smooth exterior paint shall be from Asian / Dulux/Nerolac or equivalent as approved by Engineer -in-Charge. (iii) 1mm thick wall care cement putty where ever required shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for cleaning the existing surfaces with wire brushes ,cut the cracks In V shape and filling with berger HS crackfill paste,sika,choksey or equivalent and finishing the surface to match with existing finish all as specified.

Material and labour for silicon gel filling with gun to fill gaps between aluminium door frames/similar articles to arrest water coming inside from cills/jams and similar joints in other places complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Make of silicon shall be approved before use by GE/EIC.

Material and labour for of old painted surface of stone work of any description not specifically mentioned otherwise over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

NOTES FOR ITEM NO. 5,7, 10 to13, 22 and 26:- (a) The work pertaining to smart periodical services shall be executed by authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (b) Cost of scaffolding etc of building shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) The equipments to be used in the work shall be certified by the manufacturer with whom the MOU been entered into.

Supply and fixing aluminium framed windows any pattern, fixed/side hung/silding (two or three track) using powder coated alluminium sections, of approved make with or with out sash bars suitable for 4mm thick glazing including necessary jointed cleats, glazing all as specified Note-: Glazing shall be measured and paid separatly

Supply and fixing Pre -painted GalvaIume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted GalvaIume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge/valley gutter of roof covering fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and disposal of rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed
