Construction of Bus Station With its Sub Works at Dharmapura, Hiriyur(Tq), Chitradurga(Dist) (Phase-1)

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

To Qualify for award of this contract the tenderer must have valid Class - I Contractors Registration Certificate, registered in KPWD / MES / CPWD as on the Date of Tender Notification. Scan Copy of Valid contractors Registration Certificate.

To Qualify for award of this contract the tenderer, as a prime contractor, should have in his name Satisfactorily completed at least One Single work of Similar Nature of Bus Station/RCC Framed Structure Building Work Costing not less than Rs 82.60 Lakhs. The work should have been commenced and completed in any year during the last five financial years (i.e from 01-04-2020 till date of submission) i.e the work must have commenced on or after 01-04-2020 and completed till the date of submission of tenderNote: The work done certificate shall clearly mention the date of commencement & date of completion .Scanned copy of the Work done Completion Certificate, Certified by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer in case of works done in Govt.,/ public sector undertakings and not below the rank of Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director in case of works executed in private companies / Institutions. Further in case of works done in private companies, scanned Copy of the TDS statement or tax paid receipts should be uploaded. If TDS statement or tax paid receipt is not uploaded, that particular work completion certificate will not be considered for evaluation.

To Qualify for award of this contract the Tenderer Executed in any one Financial year during the last 5 years (i.e, during the years years 2020-21 , 2021-22 , 2022-23 , 2023-24 &2024-25, the following minimum quantities of work in any of the Government / Public Sector Undertaking. To Qualify for award of this contract the Tenderer, as a prime contractor, should have in his name Executed in any one financial year during last five years i.e. years 2020-21 , 2021-22 , 2022-23 ,2023-24 &2024-25 the quantities of works mentioned below1.RCC M20 and Above RCC work 358.38 cum2. TMT/Mild Reinforcement Steel 36.57 Tonne3. MS/Grill Work 6800.00Kg4. Brick Work 86.58cum5. Granite/Vitrified/ceramic/color glazed tiles - 243.06Sqm NOTE : Incase of Solid block masonry work Sqm Qty will be Converted to Cum Scanned copy of the Work done Certificate, Certified by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer in case of works done in Govt.,/ public sector undertakings and not below the rank of Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director in case of works executed in private companies / Institutions. Further in case of works done in private companies, scanned Copy of the TDS statement or tax paid receipts should be uploaded. If TDs statement or tax paid receipt is not submitted , that particular work certificate will not be considered for evaluation. Out of the total quantity executed in a single work, only the quantities executed in a particular financial year will be considered for evaluation

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 49.56 Lakhs (credit lines /letters of credit /certificates from Banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc.Scanned Copy of the Letter of Credit/From any nationalized Bank /Schedule bank (excluding Co-operative banks), clearly specifying name of the work (as per the prescribed format) (Annexure-A) LOC Note :The certificate should contains Name of the work, and address to the Executive Engineer, KSRTC, CE Division, Tumakuru with Valid dates and amount etc

To Qualify for award of this contract the tenderer in his name should have, in the last five financial years ( i.e. during the years 2020-21,2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum average financial turnover of Rs 330.41 Lakhs (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only ).Scanned copy of audited profit / loss statement of at least two financial years in which minimum financial turnover of Rs. 330.41 Lakhs. is achieved . (Certified by Chartered Accountant along with UDIN and membership number only. Statement issued by others will not qualify for eligibility).

To Qualify for award of this contract the assessed available tender capacity of the tenderer should be more than the amount put to tender. Note: The bid capacity of the tenderer is calculated based on the formula. Assessed Available Tender Capacity ((Ax N x 1.5) - B) Where A Maximum value of Civil Engineering works, (updated to the financial year of Tender invited), executed in any one year during the last five years.
