Material & Labour for Glazed Ceramic tiles coloured ( shade as approved by Engineer-in-charge ) ,7 to 8 mm thick, in Square / Rectangular ,polished , area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, laid as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00Kg per Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles , laid over with and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, with and Including dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding removing rubbish off premises , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick as in verticle surface , set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00Kg per Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour / shade of tiles , laid over with and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 with and including dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement Vitreous china wash hand basin, Vitreous china white, flat back, size of 550mm x 400 mm with Mild steel brackets, with and including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand, with and including waste fittings of brass chromium plated ,with and including 32mm dia PVC waste pipe of required length complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of pillar taps, 15 mm dia, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of PVC waste pipe 32 mm dia 750 mm long with for wash hand basin or for kitchen sink,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of waste coupling, chromium plated (half or full threaded), 32 mm dia size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of waste coupling, chromium plated (half or full threaded), 40 mm dia size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement water closet vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern size 580mm x 440mm white with integral foot rests with and including provision of lime concrete bedding with and including `P' trap and connection to drain and to flushing pipe anti symphonage pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing 15mm bore PVC connection with PTMT nuts of 600mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
