Following work to be carried out at C1A Block and A1A Block BPS in Janakpuri:- Dismantling of existing LT Panel and electrical system after disconnecting incoming and outgoing connections, Starters connections, Cable connections, removing the existing material using labour, tools and tackles etc. as per site requirement.

Supply, fabrication, assembly, wiring, testing and commissioning of floor-mounted cubicle type LT Panel Board of minimum size 1600 mm (H) × 1800 mm (W) × 400 mm (D), dust-proof and vermin-proof construction, suitable for indoor installation, fabricated from 16 SWG CRCA sheet steel, complete with cable entry arrangement, bus bar chambers, cable alleys, gland plates, hinged lockable doors, earthing studs, danger notice plates and all accessories. The panel shall be provided with 150 Amp, 415 Volt, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz Aluminium Bus Bars with neutral bus bar of half rating, insulated with colour-coded heat shrinkable sleeves. The panel shall be powder-coated after proper surface treatment and shall be suitable for safe operation, maintenance and future accessibility. The panel shall be complete with internal wiring using copper control cables, interconnections, ferrules, lugs, glands, terminal blocks, supports, mounting hardware and all accessories required for satisfactory operation. The panel shall be equipped with the following switchgears, metering instruments and control components of approved make L&T / Schneider Electric / BCH or DJB approved equivalent. Charges for shipping the panel up to the site including lifting charges, loading and unloading charges and other charges for shifting the panel up to the place it has to be installed.

Fabrication and supply of base frame made out MS Angle duly painted of size as suitable for above panel to be fixed.

Fixing of the new LT Panel with base frame at the site including all other work as per site requirements.

Making the incoming connections to the Panel by making required Cable connections between the main supply and the panel through existing cable including providing & fixing of consumables as per requirement

Supply of LT power Armoured Aluminium Conductor Cable of size 16 sq mm X 3 Core. Make of cable: - Havells /Gloster/ DJB Approved

Laying of above cable for making supply connections between LT Panel to motors/charging etc. as per site requirement.

Making the outgoing connections of Starters in LT Panel by Connecting starters to the Motors Through the new cables as above as per site requirement and making required joints etc. including providing & fixing of material as per requirement.

Making outgoing connections as required for lighting loads by connecting MCB from the panel including required connections etc.
