Development (Min. 8 Hr. continuous) of Existing deep tube wells by using suitable air compressor (Min. Capacity: 600CFM & operating Pressure 14 Bar) followed by yield testing with BHT pump (Head :45 to 50mtr.,Discharge :1100 to 1000 LPM and 25 BHP engine) all complete including To & Fro Transportation cost and Cost of fuels, lubricants & Labour etc.
Sinking and lowering the tube well assembly ( UPVC casing pipe, well pipe, stainer along with UPVC accessories) vertically in a position with proper lowering arrangement by applying necessary jointing compound including labour cost for subsequent gravel packing etc. for proposed 300mm X 200mm dia. Deep tube well by direct rotary Rig method using UPVC pipes (CD) and Deep Well Screen (RDS) pipes with Ribs conforming to IS 12818 (latest) (CIPET Certified)along with Development (Min. 8 Hr. continuous) of tube well, all necessary tests etc. including supply of all materials, labour, carriage etc. all complete.
Site preparation, temporary latrine, placement and levelling of rig machine, mast hoisting and casing drilling (upto 6.0 m), placement of casing with all allied work necessary to commence drilling works and wind up of all machineries complete and as per direction of EIC.

Construction of Pump House (5.4x3.6) mtr at Tube well Site with Sanitary Arrangement at different Zone along with supply & installation of injector/ diaphragm type automtic chlorinator and necessary Electro Mechanical works for deep tube well and pump house with internal illumination and yard lighting including supply of all materials, labour, carriage etc. all complete and three month trail run as per direction of EIC.
Construction of Pump House (3.6x3.0) mtr at Tube well Site without Sanitary Arrangement at different Zone along with supply & installation of injector/ diaphragm type automtic chlorinator and necessary Electro Mechanical work for deep tube well and pump house with internal illumination and yard lighting including supply of all materials, labour, carriage etc. all complete and three month trail run as per direction of EIC.
Laying of D.I. (K-9)/MS pipes with all DI/MS Specials including Supply and delivery at site ISI marked Socket and Spigot jointing system centrifugally cast DI (K9) Pipes conforming to IS 8329-2000 (Third revision) in standard length 4 m, 5 m, 5.50 m, 6 m for push-on joint (rubber gasket) with internal cement mortar lining and external protection by metallic zinc coating with finish layer of bituminous /epoxy coating on outside as per IS: 8329-2000 specification with necessary jointing material rubber gasket (IS: 5382:1985) and M.S. Pipes including transportation, loading unloading and stacking at site including supply of polyethylene sleeves , including earth work in excavation in trenches, shoring (if necessary) excavated portion having minimum depth to keep the top surface of pipe 1.10 m below of the existing ground level in any kind of soil mixed with boulder, metal crust, concrete pavement, any road sub-grade and its flank etc., dewatering the trenches, preparing the bottom surface of the trenches for continuous bedding including sand filling (if necessary) Over-Ground installation to cross small ditches,low land areas etc. supported with RCC pillars with suitable foundation and fitting, fixing, jointing (all types of joints) specials etc. as per requirement, in position, cutting, chamfering of pipes as required, carriage of materials to work site ,and making connection with existing pipe line, Thrust Blocks as per requirement, filling of the trenches with excavated materials, consolidating the same in layers, guarding trenches with temporary bamboo railing for safety where necessary, removing the surplus materials from the site as per municipal rules in vogue including all labour charges, tools and plants, hydraulic pressure testing, cleaning and disinfection of pipes etc. complete in all respect as per IS 12288¬1987 (latest edition) and Temporary Roads Restoration for vehicular movement including supply of all materials, labour, carriage etc. all complete.

Staging height, as per departmental drawing & specification etc. along with head works including supply of all materials as required complete. supplying, fitting & fixing necessary CIDF /D.I Pipes pipe, CIDF sluice valves and specials with valve chambers, all materials as required complete in all respect.
Geo-Technical investigation, Detailed Design and drawing & Construction of sub-structure considering Annular raft/ suitable foundation & Beam with reinforcement (if any) (Minimum Grade M25) as per specification & direction of EIC
Construction & commissiong of Super structure of OHR, along with Internal electrification complete in all respect as per departmental drawing , specification & direction of EIC.
Construction of masonry drain 300 mm x 250 mm inner section (average) as per Deptt.dwg at Propoased ESR site including supply of materials, labour, carriage etc. all complete.
Dusk to dawn lighting arrangement of 4.0 mtr. Height above G.L.,with Hot Dip galvanized 80mmx50 mm, medium duty pipe with 12V,15Ah 2 in 1 lithium ion/Ferro-phosphate battery with inbuilt 7-11 watt LED lamp, 50 Wp Solar panel to cover the scheme area. The lighting system should be warranted for 5 years from the date of installation all complete as per direction of EIC.
Construction of Guard room (6X4) with sanitary arrangement at Proposed ESR site including supply of materials, labour, carriage etc. all complete.
Supplying,Instalation,Testing and Commissioning of Electromagnetic Flow Meter of following dia. pipeline at different location of Inlet / Outlet point of ESR including construction of Valve Chamber & Jointing site as per technical specification including supply of materials, labour, carriage etc. all complete and as per direction of EIC.
