REPAIRS TO AREA DRAINS, FOOTPATH, FENCING, HARDSTANDING, COMPOUND WALL ETC IN ZONE B AND E AREA UNDER GE CHENNAI

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposal off outside defence lands complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 75 mm thick plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub bases of floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hardcore of Broken stone/boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-bases of floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-bases of floor , ramps, hardstanding etc finished even and smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20-25mm thick Chequered coloured cement concrete tiles of size 300 x 300mm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement with pigments over and including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade as in paving/footpath/hardstanding etc with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including 50mm sand filling cushioning for paver block with watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete or brick work or masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil, each post hole n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
