Construction of New G plus 3 RCC Type-I Quarter at Hengrabari Health Complex under Guwahati-II PHE Division

A) CIVIL / BUILDING WORKS 1) EARTH WOKS i) Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge, for all kinds of soil. (For Foundation, Lift Pit and Tie Beam.), all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

ii) Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth,sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m., all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

iii) Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. (For Plinth), all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

iv) Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. (Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%), all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

2) PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE WORKS i) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level, in the proportion of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), (For foundation, Lift Pit, Tie beam and Floor Base of parking area), all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

ii) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, lift pit, tie beam, footings and bases for columns, etc., all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

3) REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE WORK i) Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level, in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources) (For foundations, lift foundation, tie beam, lift shaft wall up to plinth & column up to plinth), all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

ii) Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)(For column, lift shaft from plinth to mc room, stair-way slab, steps, landing, landing beam, floor beam-upper lvl block-ground, 1st floor, sfb, slab, beam, lintels & khura), all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

4) FORM WORK Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item) i) For Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete etc.

ii) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform etc.

iii) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers etc.

iv) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts etc.

v) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses etc.

5) REINFORCEMENT Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding, all complete up to 3rd floor level, using Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

6) BRICK WORK i) Dry brick pitching half brick thicks including supply of bricks and preparing the surface complete : With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (For foundations, lift pit, tie beam & floor base of parking area.), all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

ii) Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth using Cement mortar in the proportion of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (For ground floor plinth), all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

iii) Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level using Cement mortar in the proportion of 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand), all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

7) FLOORING i) 62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. for parking area, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

ii) Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Using Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size of Tile 600 x 600 mm sqm 1286.60, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

iii) Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . 8) GRANITE FLOORING Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Using Polished Granite stone slab of all colour and texture except Black, Cherry/Ruby Red, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

9) GLAZED WALL TILES Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade (For Kitchen, Toilet etc.), all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

10) WOOD WORK i) Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Using Sal Wood, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

ii) Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters : 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

11) GRILL i) Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc. for window grill, stair railing, balcony railing-upper lvl & balcony railing-lower lvl, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

ii) Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. using size 300x10 mm, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

iii) Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. using size 125 mm, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

iv) Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock, ISI marked, with six levers and a pair of anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) aluminium lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

12) PLASTERING AND FINISHING 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), for Wall & Ceiling, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

13) PAINTING i) Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

ii) Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

14) WOOD PAINTING Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture. For door-main door(frame + shutter), bed room+m/c room+head room & toilet+balcony, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

15) STEEL PAINTING Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture for window grill, stair railing, balcony railing-upper lvl & balcony railing-lower lvl, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

16) ALUMINIUM DOOR WINDOWS Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately). For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required using Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron), all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

17) GLAZING Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm, for window grill & french windows of balcony, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-I of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

B) Provision of Sanitary & Water Supply Works, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-II of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

C) Construction of Septic Tank for 50 users of size 5.0 m x 2.0 m x 2.1 m, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-III of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

D) Supply, Fitting, Fixing, Installation and Commissioning of Internal Electification works, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-IV of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

E) Supply, Fitting, Fixing, Installation and Commissioning of External Electification Works and Installation of 11 / 0.433 KV, 100 KVA DTR with new 11 KV Line of length (70 X 3) = 210 metre construction of 11 KV spur line & Installation of 63 KVA S/S for providing power supply to the Division Office, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-V of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

F) DEVELOPMENT WORKS 1) Construction of Guard Wall, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-VI of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

2) Provision for Development of 350 sqm. Parking Area, comprising of Earthwork, GSB, WBM & 400 sqm. Cement Concrete Paver Block of 60 mm thick, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-VII of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)

3) Construction of Boundary Wall of length 24.50 meter including 5.00 meter width Gate, all complete as directed. (Refer to Annexure-VIII of the Detailed Annexures of the Bid Document for detailed estimate of the item)
