Providing, fabrication, machining with straightening work of Guide Tee, Track, Sealing frame, Leaf frame or any part of gate's, complete as per drawing with testing, including cost of all materials, with machinery, labour, tools and tackles cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning, etc., applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and two coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint, etc., complete as per specifications and approved drawings with all lead and lifts, including packing and forwarding, transportation charges for structural steel components and other materials.Rate of work without material frame angle (50x50x6mm, 4.5 kg/m) For Imlidhana tank gate 1 (1.2mx 2sidex 2+1.2m)x 4.5 kg/m = 27 kg , gate leaf (8mm thik, 62.8kg/sqm) = 1.2x1.2x62.8 kg= 90.432 kg, For gate no. 02 (0.6m x2x2+0.6) x 4.5kg/m= 13.5 kg, total = 130.932 kg say = 131kg
